Our LUXURIOUS, family-friendly, 5-bedroom WATERFRONT beach house has it all! It even has a brand new dock with room for 3 boats!

Come see all that Hutchinson Island has to offer at our 174ft wide, deep water, waterfront beach retreat. Sits on the bay and just steps from the ocean, this is the perfect spot for a getaway. It is less than a 5 minute ride to the Fort Pierce inlet/multiple sandbars.

No expense was spared in the design and construction of this home! Designed for the views and an open, spacious living space. There are 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms downstairs and there are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom upstairs.

Excellent beach house!!!!

Out family of 12 just spent the week at 17 Palms. The house is awesome, spacious and has everything you need! From beautiful decor to beach toys, chairs, towels and more. The inside is beautiful but the outdoor area is even better! The view is stunning especially at night , The kids swam from morning to night, fished off the dock and we all enjoyed the many lounge chairs around the pool. There is a park at the end of the street and the beach is close ( we tented golf carts) we brought 2 boats and enjoyed fishing and boating around to different sandbars and beaches.The attention to detail with this house was amazingEverything was provided ( kitchen fully stocked), the kids quickly found the bowl of Hersey kisses left for them! Thank you to the host family for a great week and being so responsive and available by phone! If you want a great house for large family stay here!!! The pictures do not do it justice!!!!We hope to come back!

It was amazing! Views all day are spectacular! Very clean! Easy to communicate with host team! My three year old grandchild is autistic and it was perfect for his safety with complete fenced in backyard and separate fenced in pool. It was the best and most relaxing vacation we have had! We will be returning!

Exceptional Vacation

The property is phenomenal - spacious, clean, gorgeous decor. We attended a family wedding, 4 different family units stayed in this lovely home and we all felt like we had our own space. Well stocked kitchen, we were feeding 7 adults and 7 children. Great pool and incredibly well-stocked storage area with pool toys & everything you need for the beach: umbrella, chairs, sand toys, towels, wagons to transport items ... only 3-4 block walk. We were overwhelmed by the beauty of this place. The hosts were friendly, extremely helpful, and accessible. Ideal stay!!!

Beautiful House!!

This gorgeous house was the perfect setting for my husband’s bday celebration. We were 7 adults a 4 little ones and there was plenty of room for all. Gorgeous sunsets, heated pool, everything you need to prepare a meal at home, baby equipment, plenty of great restaurants near by, etc. In addition, Brian was an absolute gem tending to our initial requests and subsequent questions throughout our stay. Absolutely Great Place

My family and I stayed here in October, we had an amazing time. This house is immaculate! I am a very picky person as to where I stay and sleep, this house was so clean that I didn't even have to clean anything when I got here. The house is beautiful, the view is beautiful, and the owners were so nice. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely stay here again. It was a perfect place for our large family and would highly recommend it. The property was beautiful, just as the pictures depicted. We had one or two minor issues which the property manager addressed immediately. They also made recommendations for things to do in the area for our large family. The grandkids loved the pool, the "big wave beach" (as they called it) and playground. The pool area accommodated the older kids, while the fence around it kept the littlest ones safe. Having a screened-in porch was lovely and we spent time there every evening. Overall, lots of fun!

Best Beach House For Family

This house was amazing and the hosts were phenomenal. My family and I have stayed at many beach houses and this one by far is the best. I stayed with my family (parents, in laws), including 3 kids (toddlers and young kids), and this house had everything and more that we needed. It was spacious, clean, and had all we needed from toys for the kids, a baby swing, play cars, and everything we needed for the beach and pool. It even had outdoor games and fishing poles. It was fun to fish at the dock in the back. To top it all off, the hosts were super accommodating and attentive. The check in and check out process was easy and smooth. They provided great recommendations for the area and were great at communicating and answering any questions or concerns. We look forward to returning. We stayed a whole week and wish that we could have stayed longer. This was a great deal as well for a family stay. The house has a park and multiple beaches nearby. I highly recommend this house. It really is a dream vacation home.

GREAT VACATION!

We had an awesome stay at this beautiful home! There were nine of us – 6 adults, two teenagers and a 17-month-old. The house layout worked perfectly for our family. Besides the master bedroom, there were two good size bedrooms on the first floor. All the downstairs bedrooms had their own private bathrooms. Upstairs worked out beautifully for the teenagers to have their own space if they wanted it. The downstairs kitchen (one of two kitchens), where we spent lots of time together, was huge and we could all gather around the large island. One highlight for our family was the pool. Perfect temperature with lots of floats and toys for all ages. Plenty of chairs for sitting outside. Loved having all meals in the screened in outdoor area. Playground and beaches within walking distance was another bonus. Any questions or concerns were immediately responded to prior and during our trip. Our family had an amazing time and would highly recommend it others for a home away from home.

From the second I clicked yes at booking until after I locked the door on the way home this was the greatest VRBO experience to date. The house is a 12 out of 10. The pictures don’t do it justice. The home is huge and gorgeous with attention to high end detail everywhere. Even chocolates and wine at check in AND towel folding in all the beds. The host responds so quickly and is beyond helpful. The home has EVERYTHING you’d need to just enjoy and unwind. The view, pool, lake and boat docks are perfect and even the huge amount of pool floats and tubes make it so much more fun. I cannot type how great this place is. I WILL be going back. Book fast and book often this place is the real deal.

Amazing House

Wonderful experience and time at this property. The dock and view are incredible. Watch a sunset every night while the fish are breaking all around you. Super clean and comfortable, every amenity and need was provided. Great landlord and super easy communication. Would love to return.

Perfect for three adult couples - with an apartment upstairs for the older kids. Beautiful home, well-provisioned across the board, and incredible communication from & interaction with the host. True all-star host. We loved seeing the porpoises off the dock and spending time on the lanai & in the pool. Rented a pontoon boat, which was super convenient with the house’s docks. Brian and family thought of everything to make this home away from home - games, all-ages pool toys, fully equipped kitchen, fishing gear, and never ending stocks of towels / linens. Only wish we cracked the code on the nociums - appreciate the bug spray left for us in the hall closet though! Perfect place for our little family’s reunion!

What an amazing house!

When we walked in the view blew us away! So many special touches throughout the house. We had 12 people and it was great. Our host was very responsive when we had a question. Brian is a wonderful host. My family fished from the dock and said it was the best fishing at any of the houses we have rented in the past 15 years of family beach vacations. Plenty of towels and beach gear. The house is well decorated with a beachy feel. We went to the local beach, played pickleball and went shopping. I could go on but if you are looking for a wonderful place this is the number one rental you should book!. I must say that we will be back again!

Perfect family home

Home was perfect for our family and grandchildren. The pool area is very secure and many toys and games to keep little ones happy. High chairs and even a small kid table with chairs as well as kid picnic table outside. Short walk to a playground, and the beach. Could not have been a better vacation spot for 8 adults 4 children. Thank you to the hosts who were extremely friendly and responsive to questions. The fish were jumping saw dolphins, stingrays and many pelicans, osprey and other birds enjoying the lush mangroves of fish.

Plenty to do!

We had a family reunion in the area and chose Seventeen Palms because of its location and beautiful setting! It did not disappoint. Huge kitchen entertaining area, spacious bedrooms and a whole separate apartment for when the old folks went to bed and the kids continued on! Pool was fun and everyone had fun on the pier - fishing, watching the dolphins swim by or taking in the spectacular sunsets! Highly recommend staying here to anyone!

Great beach house for my family reunion. We loved the house, the close proximity to the playground, pickleball courts and beach. We cooked all of our meals in the vast kitchen, we played cards on the screened in porch, we laughed into the evening. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend. PS use bug spray for the noseeums in the evenings and at the beach.

Perfect vacation home!

17 Palms has everything you need for a perfect family reunion! The house accommodated 15 of us with ease and you never felt cramped! Its a boaters paradise with a beautiful dock and boat lift and also walking distance to the beach! The host was very accommodating and easily reachable to answer any questions. I highly recommend this VRBO, you will not be disappointed!

We purchased this property as our family getaway from the hustle and bustle of busy Broward and Palm Beach County. Cousins, siblings, parents, and grandparents of the Dolan family meet at this house to make lasting memories.

We LOVED this house from the moment we saw the first picture of this re-conceptualized mid-century modern home. It is perfect for a romantic getaway to a large family holiday get together. It is close to the beach, has the most breathtaking views and moments from all the action at the inlet or downtown!

Our favorite part of house is the dock. We often see dolphins and manatees swimming by while drinking our coffee on the dock. We highly recommend enjoying the sunset from this spot as it is a LIFE CHANGING view!

This beautiful luxury property is in a wonderful location, quiet, yet close to everything. We are so very excited for you to experience what our family has experienced at this property!

House is located on 174ft of deep water with enough room for 4 boats and room for a multiple cars and trailers in the driveway. You are welcome to bring your own boat or rent from local marinas.

There is a reef underneath the dock and allows for successful fishing right off the dock in your private, fenced in backyard. The area is known for sailfish.

Tree hammock awaits you swinging and listing to the waves crash against the 174ft raised recapped sea wall.
