Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. The Bungaleaux is a cute, cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that sleeps 8 guests. It is in the Emerald 2 subdivision. You'll feel right at home while on vacation. The living area is open to the kitchen. This home has everything you need to cook all of your favorite meals. The living room has satellite TV, while the bedrooms are equipped with streaming capability. There is Wi-Fi for your convenience. This home is pet friendly and allows up to 2 dogs (no heavier than 40 lbs.) with a non-refundable fee of $200.00. The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable. It's the perfect spot to relax after a long day at the beach. Step outside and sit in the shade or get some sun on the deck. Downstairs is the perfect spot to grill your catch of the day. When you're ready to head to the beach, it's just a short walk away. Don't forget to rinse off in the outdoor shower.

We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes CANNOT GUARANTEE that these amenities WILL BE WORKING during your stay, and CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS for disruption of these services.**

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap

Trial shampoo/conditioner per full bath
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
