Beautiful lake views and sunsets. Relaxing pool during warm months. Within two minutes of Parkway Marina. Fishermen are welcome as are families. Pets are welcome with a pet fee. One pet (under 30 lb.) please; with $50 fee. Within 5 minutes of SML State Park and Beach. Your favorite vacation awaits you. Come spend time here and you will want to come back again and again. If you need anything just call or text. Welcome. Hope you and your family have a wonderful time.

A great place for a little getaway! Room small but comfy. Everything is very clean and up-to-date. You may have to communicate with host to get access to the pool, as the code was not readily available on the website. Host responds very quick! If you are intending to fish from the shoreline, the entire shoreline is posted mo tresspassing and no fishing. Otherwise, you have to go to state park or get a boat. Highly reccomend!

Wonderful

Nice condo, well decorated and clean. We visit Smith Mtn Lake at least once every summer. I've been staying at Bellview for 6 years and this was the perfect amount of space for us. Loved the view from the balcony. We would love to rebook for our future stay.

Comfortable stay overlooking the lake

We stayed for two nights while my husband competed in the Smith Mtn Lake triathlon. It was great to bring our dog so he could run around at the park with us! The Murphy bed in the storage cabinet was nice since it allowed our adult daughter to have her own room upstairs. The condo was clean, cozy and comfortable - a great place to hang out. We appreciated this since it was a dreary, rainy weekend - perfect for relaxing with a movie in the condo. Many thanks to Cathy for being a responsive host!

Sweet Spot

My friend and I needed a small place where we could attend a virtual education summit for the weekend, and it needed to be somewhat close to The Coves at SML, for a very important concert. ;) This cozy little condo was perfect for our needs. Check in was easy. Wifi was steady. Communication was thorough and prompt. Accommodations were comfy and the view was nice as well. Oh, and the proximity to a few wineries was a nice bonus. We would stay here again.

This was a great place to visit. The property accommodated 2 people well. It was close to the water. It has a place to launch your boat which would be nice.

Perfection by the lake

Our family (2 adults, 11yo & 9yo) had a great time at the condo. It was perfect for our family getaway. Owner gave us a great recommendation of a boat rental place (Bridgewater Marina: Mariners Landing Boat Rental). We rented a pontoon along with a tube and set of skis. We had dinner on the lake at Mitchell's which is also a cheaper place to fill up the boat before returning it. We slept upstairs while the kids slept downstairs. Our other day we enjoyed the beach at the state park. It was a $7 fee to enter the park and an additional fee for beach usage. The beach had a public restroom, food options, and lifeguards. The best part was the ice cream pontoon which drove up to the dock to get everyone's orders. Cheap prices (remember to bring cash). Overall we had a wonderful experience & loved the stay. Instructions were all there in email or in app. The decor was fun and we even used the star light on the wall as a night light upstairs while the kids went to sleep before us downstairs. The sunset was amazing and we had a perfect view from the loveseat on the porch upstairs. We even enjoyed the pool the morning before checkout.

A Great Retreat

We absolutely loved staying here while our adult, special needs son, was at camp at the Skeleton 4 H Center. We were close, though he didn’t know, so we were able to totally relax and catch our breath 🙏 We hope to stay again next year!

Summer Vacay

Short summer vacay was spent with family boating on the lake and swimming in the pool at the lovely condo. While it was cozy, it was perfect for what we needed. Four adults, a toddler, and two kitties stayed and we had everything we needed. All of us took a shower each night and never ran out of hot water. Never once needed to reach out to the owner as the instructions were all we needed. The view of the lake was amazing. The neighbors were welcoming as well. Would definitely stay again!

Quick weekend getaway.

The condo was nicely appointed and had everything we needed for a short stay. The code made it easy to get in and out of the room. The low ceiling height and the age/grout/caulk in the shower was the low point of the unit, but the rest was very nice. The circular stairs make it hard to carry bags up to the bedroom loft. But, again, we enjoyed our stay here and found the unit to be nicely appointed.

Good value and location

SML - Cozy Place Among the Serene Virginia Landscape

Our family of five (3 adult-sized children ranging from 15-23) stayed comfortably at this clean and cozy property. We were in the area for the commencement celebration at one of the universities. All five of us getting ready for events, using a single bathroom, had its challenges; yet, we planned accordingly, and are all living to tell about it 😄. The Murphy bed was simple to transform, and our daughter reported that it was comfortable. We were suspect of the additional cot, so we brought an inflatable mattress. The kitchen area is a little tight, yet functional. The unit was tastefully decorated and well equipped for our stay. The balconies were a comfortable spot to soak in the scenery, while sipping on a cup of coffee. We were able to fish around the little marina on the property, and we bought live bait and rented kayaks down the road at the Parkway marina (less than five minutes from the unit). Regarding communication, Cathy, the property manager, was prompt to respond with questions. Overall, the unit was a wonderful base to find respite between activities and ceremonies… it was exactly what we needed!

Lovely Property with a great view!

This is a very cute property. It had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The host has decorated the unit with many great features. There is a sofa to sit outside and lookout on the water on the top deck and then a little table and chairs to look out on the water on the base level. Very pretty.
