The perfect screened in back porch for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail, listening to the birds and the ocean creates a tropical oasis. Short walk to beach and lively center street with lot's of fun beach themed bars and restaurants. This property is the perfect beach get away for 2 families, 3 couples or a group of friends. It is nestled in the quite neighborhood streets on the West Side of Folly. This home is new to the rental market! It is newly renovated and furnished with a modern Boho theme. This home is extremely clean, well stocked kitchen, beach towels and chairs provided. Large fenced back yard with a swing, open deck with grill, downstairs hangout area, spacious eat in kitchen which seats 8, breakfast bar seating for 2, multiple hang out areas, living room has a 70 inch UHD TV with surround sound, spacious master bedroom and bath with jetted tub, comfortable queen bed room, fun bunk room for kids or adults which sleeps 4 comfortably, 2 full bathrooms and new outdoor rain shower to wash the sand off after a fun filled day on the beach. This comfortable beach house will have you coming back year after year! 15 min drive to Historic Downtown Charleston and 30 mins to the airport.

Overall, grateful for the location. We were easily able to access the beach with our children by renting a golf cart. Some toys were provided which was nice as well but the cleanliness was missing the mark. I honestly hate leaving a review like this, but for the money that is spent, I only think it’s fair for future guests to be aware of. I think that was our only issue the entirety of the time. Mold was all over both bathroom ceilings, but especially the guest bathroom from what I’m guessing is bad ventilation? Not sure. The master bathroom door didn’t close, and when we initially opened the master bathroom shower, it had a sewage smell. There’s also a lot of stains on the furniture as well as the comforters.. and our bedding smelled musty like it hadn’t dried completely. If you’re just looking for a good location to reach the beach; then there are no complaints there! But I do believe the owners need to address some of these issues.

Great house and location!

We had a great stay!! Owners were great to communicate with - very responsive. We love the location to be able to walk to town and to the beach and ride bikes. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice property. Overall very satisfied. Josh was quick with replies and meeting our needs. Our only suggestion is to add additional privacy to the hallway bathroom as the sliding barn door does not completely close off the entry sufficiently.

Wonderful location, comfortable house!

We visited Folly Beach for my children's spring break and it was fabulous. I had my in-laws, husband, and two children and the house was the perfect size. The screened in back deck is such a nice addition and we ate all our meals out there, morning coffee, games etc. The walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes even when walking with a 4 year old. My only note for improvement would be to better stock the kitchen (only one cutting board) and the house could be cleaner. We had to lift the couch for a lost toy and it's very clear that the cleaners are doing the bare minimum and spot cleaning. It didn't bother us too much but could be a deal breaker for others. We will be back!!

Great location, could use a facelift

Good beach property a quarter mile from Folly Beach. Comfortable and relatively clean. Living room is compact but could use more seating. Kitchen is well equipped and screened in porch is a nice space. Property definitely needs maintenance and a facelift. Front door lock and fan on porch needed battery replacements but not a major issue.

Short Folly Break

This house was perfect for our long weekend in Folly. We rented bikes and didn’t have to get in our car until we left. Perfect distance from town and the beach. Well-stocked kitchen and the bedrooms were cozy. We loved the screened porch and huge backyard. Great spot!

Easy Getaway

We had a great stay here in Folly Beach. You can walk anywhere from the house! It rained our entire trip so we spent a lot of time in the house. The backyard is great, although the lights weren't working for us. We even had a yoga class on the back porch! The microwave was broken but there was a countertop one we could use although it would have been nice to know before hand as we didn't see it. The house was small but plenty of space for everyone. Our host was very accommodating when we requested an early checkin although once we got there he stopped responding altogether which would have been helpful when we had questions! Overall great stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place in Folly.

Perfect House for the Beach!

This house is SO CLOSE to the beach. We timed it -- 5 minute walk without kids; closer to 7 minutes with kids. It was perfect! There is plenty of seating, the beds are comfy, and the hosts provide PLENTY of towels — bath and beach towels! — which I appreciate. There were plenty of dishes available in the kitchen and check-in/out was easy. Fenced in yard with the tree swing was so perfect. We enjoyed lots of coffee on the back porch and let the kids run around the yard.

Great place to relax and take it slow. The home was clean, well stocked for cooking, and beds were comfortable. The screened in porch was awesome for having coffee every morning. Walking distance to the restaurants and shops right off the main strip. We enjoyed our time together there.

Lovely stay

We had such a lovely time in Charleston. This was a perfect home base for exploring - tucked away and quiet, but close to the beach and main drag on Folly. Screen porch was 💯for morning tea/coffee. Super close to our fav cafe on folly, Lost Dog. We rented bikes and enjoyed seeing the whole island that way. The beaches on either end are more untouched and wild. Great stay!
