This family-friendly property is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and is walking distance to Desert Horizon Park.

The master suite boasts high ceilings, outfitted with a king bed, accent chaise, 65" smart TV with YouTube TV, and walk-in closet. The spa-like en-suite boasts a walk-in shower with dual rain heads, soaking tub, and double vanity.
The second and third bedrooms each feature comfortable queen beds, the adjacent second bathroom is configured with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.
The fourth bedroom on the main level features a comfortable queen bed, includes a 60" writing desk with a 27" LG monitor, and is adjacent to a third bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and direct access to the courtyard.

Bordered by Hibiscus, Bougainvillea, Red Bird of Paradise, Tangelo, Orange, Grapefruit, and Lemon trees nestled in a backyard resort-style oasis.

We're literally minutes from TPC Scottsdale for the Waste Management Phoenix Open, WestWorld of Scottsdale for the Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show & the Barrett-Jackson Car Auction. For shopping & dining, Kierland Commons & Scottsdale Quarter is less than 10 minutes away while Scottsdale Fashion Square is a 20 minute drive. There's lots of family friendly restaurants nearby and the award winning High Street Farmers Market open on Sunday's from 10am - 1pm October to May. Finally, Sky Harbor Airport is less than 30 minutes door to door.
