***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly. ***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***

***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. Old, but cute house

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an older home way, way out in the country that looks like it's been updated somewhat recently. Hot water takes a while and there's lots of areas in need of touch up. Amenities like the hot tub, big deck in the back, and good Internet and parking were appreciated. The cleaning wasn't spectacular, but good enough. We didn't really appreciate being given a list of things to clean and take care of before we checked out though. Isn't that part of what we're paying for?? Didn't use the grill, but the kitchen isn't really stocked well enough to do any serious cooking. The garage space has been turned into an uninsulated game room, but the foosball table wasn't level enough to be usable. Neighborhood seemed safe, but again, it's pretty far out if you're tasting in the west side of Paso.

Beautiful House in Paso Robles

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was very clean and beautifully designed and upgraded! Very spacious and a perfect fit for our group! The beds were extremely comfortable - and the home was stocked well! My only complaint would be it was a bit off the main road, and the neighbors on the right have a motion sensored light that literally went off ever 5 minutes, and you could see the change in light in the master due to a window that faces that direction. The window has blinds, but there is still a flashing effect in the room that was a bit annoying when trying to go to sleep. Other than that I highly recommend this home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself was awesome and suited our needs perfectly. It was large enough for everyone to have their own space. We were able to wash our clothes, enjoy plenty of time together, and cook and eat as family easily. My son loved all the neighborhoods animals and got to visit with them as we drove by and on adventure walks in the backyard. The sauna was a splurge we used daily - just takes a bit to warm up.Like every home it had its quirks and needs a bit more love in some areas. The refrigerator froze all our food no matter how much we tried to adjust it. The water heater is a bit temperamental and will adjust without you touching it/adjusting the temp. And as nice as the spa was the bigger jets on the hot tub didn’t work unfortunately. I grew up in Paso so I know from experience ranch home like this have these little quirks, but there should be more maintenance in some areas seasonally for homes like this. We would absolutely rent from Paso Vacation Rentals again.

The backyard is huge, and the kids loved the play structure and the horses and goats that visited every now and then (through the fence). The house is clean and had everything we needed. The neighbors are close on one side, and they did start playing really loud music a couple mornings fairly early - it wasn't a problem inside, but wasn't super peaceful on the back porch! Overall we loved our stay.

Beautiful place, enjoyed our stay!

Our friends and us came up to Paso Robles for the Tobin James party. Spent the weekend wine tasting this place was a great place to come back to each evening.

Comfortable and Relaxing

This vacation rental was perfect for getting away from it all and actually relaxing. The cozy and quaint feel of the house for great! The cleanliness was exceptional. The only thing that I was disappointed with was we didn't have access to a washer and dryer. We worked it out so it wasn't such a big deal. If this is important to you, make sure to inquire about it before you book. The check in and check out process was easy. There was a lot of great information that was shared via the book in the kitchen and the digital monitor as you walked. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking to experience Paso Robles without having to be in the middle of the it all.

A country gem

What a beautiful country gem! We stayed there and went down to Cass winery to run the 5k. It was so close to us, just a short beautiful drive in the countryside. Then we did some wine tasting nearby and home for hot tubbing. It was very clean and had everything we needed. In the morning we could hear some neighbors roosters crowing and some cows mooing. It was beautiful! We couldn’t hear the animals until we went outside so no worries sleeping was great! Comfy beds and clean place. Thanks for having us we will definitely be back!

Amazing!

There is only one thing wrong with this place, once you get there you are not going to want to leave. Once you have visited a couple wineries just plan on coming back, popping open one of your bottles and kicking back. It is quiet, peaceful, no traffic noise, fantastic back deck, well equipped and with all the amenities you could want. I wouldn't bring little ones only because I would want to relax but the backyard is certainly big enough, with a playhouse. This is a minor thing but they had extra paper towels and toilet paper so you don't have to run to the store right away, it really is the little things sometimes that make you happy right?

Lovely, Dog Friendly House

Very clean and comfortable house, which was close to many great wineries. We had our two dogs with us, and they had a great time playing in the fenced-in yard. We have stayed in several houses in the Paso area, and this was one of our favorites!

Reviewer Comments: As title says it, we've been to many vacation rentals and the cleanliness and presentation of this place is outstanding. 1) Away from main city but relatively close and short driving distance to everything2) House is very well stocked with cook supplies 3) Bed and Pillows are extremely comfortable4) Neighbors and neighborhood is quiet and respectful5) Patio and Yard is clean and well organized6) AC and WiFi works great7) Hot-tub was clean and works great8) Hidden Sauna in Master bedroom was awesome and great addition Some items that could be considered:1) Shower pressure in Master bath is below average, the outside hot tub shower had better pressure.2) Both Bathroom sink faucet water pressure was below average, could use some adjustment3) Garage smells like dog urine, needs proper cleaning and better enforcement4) Would be nice if firewood was provided given the extended distance to the nearest store that sells it.Overall, would recommend and stay again

We had our morning coffee out there, grilled in the evenings, and just took in the amazing country view. The playground was a huge hit for our nephew and our dog loved the huge yard! It's an easy 15 minute drive to downtown, golf, and wineries. A great escape from the city to relax! Can't wait to come back :)

Great Girl's Trip/Reunion

Each day we were out for an excursion (winery, shopping, trip to the beach, etc.) and came back to make dinner and enjoy the amazing views from the deck. We also loved the visits to the hot tub and the sounds of nature, especially the goats. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was full of anything you would need. From checking in to checking was truly a magically weekend and I highly recommend the house and renting from PRVR. Thank you for the memories!

July 2023 Stay

Had a really pleasant stay, the place is really beautiful and has been very well done. The cleaning however was not upto the standards. There were cobwebs all over the house, especially in the garage. There were shatters of small glasses near the jacuzzi.

June 2023 Stay

This property was awesome for our girls trip. Six of us stayed very comfortably. The bed were great; the towels and linens were very nice and we found all the amenities more than adequate. We also loved outside seating areas. The ONLY negative I can think of was that the water pressure in the master bathroom was pretty low. Overall awesome stay!
