Furnished Sunrise View Waterfront townhouse (South Portland)
Renter responsible for: $6500/month and natural gas bill. All other utilities (internet, electric, water, trash removal, landscaping, full snow removal to the doorstep) are included. Cable TV is the responsibility of the renter. A minimum 12-month lease is required. $250 cleaning fee.
Target lease period: June 1, 2022 – May 31, 2023 with some flexibility and a possibility to renew.
Fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath waterfront condo with spectacular unobstructed views of the ocean and marina. Situated literally on the water’s edge, you could literally fish off the deck.
