This beautiful condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Bring the family for a fun-filled week on the beach and bay! Sandcastles, surfing the waves, sea shelling, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, jet skis, or whatever your vacation dreams are made of you will find right here in Virginia Beach's Outerbanks of Sandbridge Beach.

As with all the retreats in The Sanctuary, the kitchen is top-of-the-line, boasting granite countertops, GE Profile stainless steel appliances, and tiled floors. The bathrooms are also done with beautiful granite vanity countertops and tiled floors. In the kitchen, we have provided many of the basic cookware essentials to cook your favorite family meals away such as pots, pans, dishes, utensils, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. Dine at the full-size dining room table with seating, then enjoy the fiery sunsets from the west-facing balcony overlooking the Back Bay!

With the open style floor plan, the kitchen and living room area are all connected for everyone in the family to be involved in great conversations and family bonding. Expecting company? There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This large living space has plenty of seating for family games or movie time on the included TV with DVD and Blu-Ray player. Let the sunshine kiss your skin as you leave your footprints in the sand, making memories to last a lifetime in Dunes Aglow!

Complimentary use of the garage-level storage closet is included. Inside you'll find everything you need for a fun day at the beach such as boogie boards, a beach umbrella, six beach chairs, and assorted beach toys. Additional perks we included are a full-size washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaners, and hair dryers in both bathrooms.

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools, two libraries, and two fitness centers.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
