Living room – large 13'x16’ space with pool-side access. Includes a wall-mounted 65’ Sony smart tv, three-seater couch, and sofa chair.

1st bedroom – One queen bed across from a large sitting desk. Includes a large walk-in closet with additional shelving and hangars.

2nd bedroom – One queen bed across from a 65’ Samsung smart TV. Custom built-in shelving units are next to the bed in addition to a small closet. This bathroom shares a wall with the townhouse next door so there's a potential for noise from across the wall separating the townhouses.

Pool/backyard - The backyard is shared with another suite. Ask me ahead of time to reserve the pool for certain hours. Pool hours are from 9AM to 9PM. Quiet hours in the backyard are past 9PM.

Kitchen – Includes a microwave, oven, dishwasher, plates, glasses, coffee and coffee maker, pots and pans, and utensils.

Dining room – Four-seater kitchen table situated next to the kitchen. There’s entry to a small smoking patio from this room.

Laundry room – Fully stocked laundry room with washer and dryer that you’re free to use.

Garage – Two car garage with private use for this home.

Bathrooms – Downstairs includes a half bath with a toilet and vanity. Upstairs the rooms are each adjoining a full bathroom. The shower and toilet are in a separate room that can be closed the vanity can be used while someone is showering/using the toilet.

Guesthouse - This house has an attached guesthouse that is not included. The guesthouse is completely separate - no shared entrances or spaces. The guesthouse shares the backyard/pool area.
