Welcome to Caldeira Estate, a luxury accommodation in the wine country of Livermore valley, California wine country. Set in our own private vineyards and olive groves, this relaxing estate offers a perfect year-round retreat for families, friends, couples and professionals. Our estate can host up to 21 guests comfortably, offering a wide variety of sleeping arrangements, comfortable beds, quality linens, chef's kitchen and relaxing common spaces to gather and enjoy the company of your guests. We have special rooms for the bride and/or groom to prepare for their big day, and our property is perfect for taking unforgettable photographs. Our grounds are impressive, with petite sirah vineyards, a spacious lawn, patio and terrace, and a brand new pool, hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, pizza oven, and gazebo for your enjoyment. Located in the heart of wine country, yet only one hour from San Francisco. We utilize enhanced cleaning measures, leaving 24 hours between guests.

Our home accommodates up to 21 guests, with 6 formal bedrooms and 3 flex spaces. We offer two bedrooms with king beds, three bedrooms with queen beds, and one bedroom with a bunk bed (twin over a full). Most of our bedrooms have full en suite bathrooms, and our primary suite boasts a relaxing jetted jacuzzi tub. There is a private terrace upstairs with a beautiful view of the vineyards and valley below.

Our common areas are great for catching up with loved ones, hosting a gathering, or breaking out into work groups in a professional retreat. We are equipped with several Fire TVs throughout the house, set up for watching the big game, or relaxing after a day of wine tasting in the sun. Our upstairs den has a pool table and games for guests of all ages.

Please note, Guest House bedrooms are NOT automatically included in reservations with fewer than 15 guests. In order to reserve these bedrooms, guests will need to request the space and pay a fee of $200 per night plus $110 for cleaning, plus tax. We provide a 10% discount for reservations longer than one week, and 15% for reservations longer than two weeks.

Private Gatherings:
We allow gatherings that are previously arranged with the Host, for a fee. Contact our team at Stay Tri-Valley to discuss your specific requirements, and we'll tailor a package to suit your needs.

Corporate Stays:
Let us host your next corporate stay! Our home is equipped with two erasable white boards, flip charts and markers. We are happy to assist you in setting up catering for your important gathering. We offer as needed cleaning services, so that you can focus on your work!
