Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Downtown Colorado Springs. Walking distance to Colorado College as well as downtown bars and restaurants. The apartment is located within a restored 1890's home that is historic and charming but has modern features throughout. Only a short drive to the best attractions Colorado Springs has to offer such as Garden of the gods, The Broadmoor Hotel, Cheyenne Mountain zoo, Manitou Springs, and more!
No pets
No parties/events
No smoking of ANY kind
Quite time after 10:00 pm (to be respectful of guests in other apartments)

When it says you can hear everything you can!
We rented the place while exploring CS and it was in the perfect location, was clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately the neighbors decided to have a party on our first night there. There was screaming, yelling, loud music and what can only be described as jumping and tumbling on our ceiling until almost 2am. [The contract we signed on the VRBO website was clear that quiet time is 10p and that if there are complaints additional charges to the guest and they would be asked to leave.] Since it was a Sat night we did not begin contacting the host until after 11; however, while we complained thru email, text and phone calls, we did not hear back from anyone until the next morning. There was no offer of reimbursement or anything other than a "sorry." I had to ask for additional information about whether the other guests would be there the next night and while I asked for reimbursement it was never discussed. We've rented through VRBO for years and this was the first time I was so dissatisfied. While the place is great, I cannot recommend staying here as I did not feel supported by the host. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I was vety pleased with the accomodations and the hosts attention to details. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property and host to anyone. Great modern spot.
I enjoyed our visit, the neighbors are kind! The bunkbed is really cool. Super comfortable place with a pretty kitchen. Victorian charm bathroom. Comfy linens. Sofa is more for show then sturdy, the middle legs bend when you sit in the middle and it's actually nice that 2 ppl can't really lay down and cuddle in it because the bed is magical. Squishy down blankets and pillows. Plenty of dishes and coffee and tea and sleek appliances. Mud room so everyone can leave their wet shoes out of the apartment. Feels like home!

Perfect week away in a beautiful apt.
We absolutely LOVED Unit 2 of the triplex we stayed in. It was in an older house in the historic area near downtown Colorado Springs. Uber clean, gorgeous wood floors, new appliances and all the extras needed for cooking if that's what you choose. Sheets and towels of great quality, and the bed was truly comfortable. Will make this our go-to for future visits!!

Probably won’t be back
The entire experience was not great. Asked if we could check-in 45 minutes early and was told it was a $25 fee. So, we sat in our car by the house until check-in time. When we got there, towels were damp. Only one bathroom and it was tiny. Had family pictures one night and needed to iron our clothes. Went to grab the iron and board and there was no iron (just a board). Threw me into complete panic mode and had to run out to purchase an iron. The location is not really close to the main shopping/dining areas as we were expecting to walk everywhere but ended up driving. I would definitely chose a different place to stay next time.
