We enjoyed gathering with family from three states in the relaxing comfort of the condo. The view from the balcony was lovely, and the sound of the river was refreshing. We had plenty of room for the 6 adults and 9-month-old. It was like a home away from home. Our daughter arrived early and was allowed to check in early for our granddaughter’s nap. (The response was very fast.) My sister’s only request was to go to the Stampede. We were delighted to discover it was only a four-minute walk away! My son-in-law was able to find some trails not too far away, and several family members enjoyed that. The location was perfect for us.

We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few issues. The dishwasher would not clean the dishes unless you put the pods in the bottom of the dishwasher. If you put it in the spot where it goes, it would not clean the dishes. One of the recliners would not let out. Otherwise it was a good stay. Our grandkids really loved the river and seeing the ducks and geese. The condo is beautiful.

Family trip

The property was clean and exactly like the pictures. The master bedroom did feel hotter than the other rooms during our stay, but everything was still really nice and easily accessible. We would definitely book here again!

Nice stay by the river

We had a great visit to Pigeon Forge. The place is very nice and spacious as described. We had my sister, her daughter, and my mom (89years old) along with myself and my daughter. The unit is on the first floor so it is very easy to walk up the stairs or take the elevator which was a must for my mom. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the rushing river. The pool was nice but the hot tub was out of order. We were close to pretty much everything. Super easy to get to the parkway, the Convention center, the Island, and a very short walk to Dolly Parton’s Stampede. Took about an hour to get to the airport and less than 30 minutes to get to Gatlinburg. There is a bathroom for each bedroom but not a walk in shower so be aware if you have older people who cannot step into the tub shower. The beds are comfortable but higher off the ground. There are plenty of bath towels and pool towels. We had a very nice time. We would definitely stay here again.

Great proximity

My bro-in-laws and their spouses deemed this their favorite place for get-togethers. They liked the comfort and the proximity to area attractions. One sister-in-law wants to come back to the place with her friends sometime soon.

Highly Recommend

We stayed for 4 nights over Memorial Day and couldn’t have been happier with our choice in accommodations. The condo was very clean and well-appointed. The location was very relaxing being right on the river and close to many area attractions. We would highly recommend this condo.

Even though cold and rainy it was a great trip. It would have been nice if fireplace would have worked in living room but it was still very nicely equipped with needed supplies.

Birthday Celebrations

The property was in a perfect location off the strip and easy to bypass traffic using backroads. Unit was very clean and very relaxing. We loved being right on the river. The host was friendly and very attentive and accommodating . We were there to celebrate a couple birthdays in the family and we had a blast. Definitely will be booking again in future.

Great place to stay for a quick vacay. Very clean and spacious for our group. Location convenient to all attractions. Communication was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Awesome stay in beautiful location!!

We had a fantastic time!! The condo was better than described. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean!! Beds were super comfy!! The location is convenient to everything!! And location is level with no issues for walking! We will definitely come back!! Hostess is so friendly and helpful!!

Great relaxing condo

The condo is exactly as it appears in the photos. The balcony with the furniture is very relaxing. We had plenty of room with all 6 of us. The owner was extremely prompt with any questions.

Perfect location

We loved this 3 bedroom/3 bath condo! Perfect location... close enough to the shops, but secluded enough to enjoy the wildlife and river. We loved the balcony overlooking the river!

Condo on the river

Great location for those at Pigeon Forge for the shows. Nice sized place with comfy beds in all 3 bedrooms. Dinner table can fit 7 due to one side having a bench.

Beautifully decorated and fully equipped condo!!

We enjoyed an amazing partial week during the Christmas season. Everything was above my expectations and the Christmas decorations were amazing. I enjoyed a relaxing morning with a cup of hot chocolate sitting on the deck overlooking the river. So peaceful and relaxing. The beds were so comfortable after a day of Dollywood or shopping around town. It is equipped with any and everything someone could want or need during their stay. I would definitely rent this condo again.
