With nearly 2000 square feet of living space spread over two floors, our suite offers the perfect setting for a family vacation, all within easy reach of the sparkling blue ocean. Whether you're staying for a short break or an extended period, our beachfront retreat is sure to exceed your expectations. Step inside the 5th-floor unit to discover a spacious living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and floor-to-ceiling windows that provide panoramic ocean views. The balcony runs the length of the living space, offering the perfect spot to enjoy the sea breeze. Upstairs, the master bedroom features ocean views, a private bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi, and a king-size bed. The two guest bedrooms also offer Gulf of Mexico views, with TVs in each room and a dedicated workspace in the master bedroom. The second master suite boasts a king bed, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, internet access, a washer and dryer, gated parking, two pickleball courts, and a heated pool. Please note that pets are not allowed, and guests will be required to provide additional information on a signed rental agreement. PLEASE READ ALL OUR REQUIREMENTS IN OUR HOUSE RULES.

The owners of Sunchase IV #530 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyoneâs stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.
1. Parking ~ is limited to 1 vehicle inside the gate. An additional vehicle must park outside. Parking pass enforced. Both cars need the provided parking passes displayed on the car dashboard. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the ownersâ expense.
2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests, counting children. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.
3. Pets ~ We do not accept pets in our property. If you must bring your dog, please ask us. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.
4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.
5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed in the parking lot dumpster on the sides of the building or the trash chute located on the same floor. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.
6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended. Please observe pool hours.
7. BBQ ~ No BBQ pit is included.
8. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you. The complex also has a set of rules that will need to be acknowledged in writing.
9. Wristbands ~ During the busy times (Spring Break, Holy Week and Summer) wristbands are in use and are issued up to the maximum number of occupants allowed. If you do not see yout wristbands in the unit at your arrival, they can be issued by the guard only from 5pm to 9pm.
Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.
Subletting not allowed.
Note: The owners of this property will NOT allow Spring Break activity on the premises.
Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.
The smart door keypad code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.
Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.
Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.
Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.
Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made. This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.
The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 8 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.
