The space
Tuscany Inn Tennessee has 36 acres, with beautiful views of sheep and countryside in a holler reminiscent of the Italian countryside in Tuscany. It is located just 5 miles from I 40. It is less than 1 hour from Nashville. It is a relaxing peaceful escape from the city. The Piazza House Grande is a one room suite that sleeps up to 6.. (the loft has a 4ft ceiling height and most suitable for younger guests) It has a spa like bathroom. The large living space has a memory foam queen size bed and queen size sofa 🛋
Bed w/ memory foam mattress as well as a full kitchen with Microwave, Coffeemaker with coffee, and all cooking essentials. The loft has a queen memory foam mattress. No There is a beautiful cedar porch overlooking the sheep that you can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Each person over 2 people is $15 per person. Kids under 5 are free. (Please do not include kids that are free in your amount of people or they will be charged if over 2 people)
* Our Private Hot Tub and courtyard area is included with the Grande for your enjoyment. Please use green o striped towels and plastic cups when using the hot tub. Please DO NOT eat or take food in the Hot Tub.
** We offer full breakfasts-$12.50 (Specialty breakfasts $15) or breakfast sandwich with juice $6.00. Menus available upon arrival. Children's menu available upon requests
We also offer Dinners by Reservation on Thursday,Friday, & Saturday,Check out our menus on tuscanyinntennessee.com, and then you can call or email to arrange a day, a time, and menu selections.

Our "ROOM SERVICE/LATE NITE" MENU is served till midnight every night when the Hosts are available except Tuesdays & Wednesdays when the kitchen is closed.

Guests have access to the Common Area "Piazza" salt water HOT TUB ( which is always hot and available to use 24 hours), the fire pit, (a shelf of firewood and a firestarter for $10) Hiking on 36 acres (accompanied by our dogs Sydney, & Maggie), and use of the grill. You also have use of "The piazza", a large beautiful outside sitting area under the Gazebo which has amazing views.

Guests also have the option of having a 4-course dinner for $35 a person

Dinners and breakfasts are served in our Trattoria.

For everyone's comfort, smoking is permitted outdoors only.

Please keep in mind: Tuscany Inn Tennessee is located in the country; there are lots of lovely critters that enjoy both the outdoors and indoors (sometimes). Depending on the season, you may see some of these, due to the nature of…well…nature. We do have pest control services that frequent the property on a regular basis.

With our Dinners we are unable to serve alcoholic beverages. Guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly.

Pets are allowed; you MUST disclose whether you’re bringing your pet upon booking your stay. $15 per pet per night; fee is due upon arrival. Pets should be leashed when out on the property. All pet rules apply to service animals as well. Please be respectful of our home animals who enjoy roaming around the property throughout your stay.
