I booked this property, which was further and more expensive than the hotel, only because of the one 5 star review they had and I expected it to be clean and convenient. The hotel was closer to Disney and would have had more amenities such as a pool, exercise room, elevator for higher floor rooms, wheel chair, handicap accessibility, would have provided coffee, cart for convenience, etc.
I have a disability and the room we got was in the back of the property, meaning I had to climb 2 flights of stairs up steep hill every time we went in and out of the house.
There was a stained towel in the bathroom hanging from the wall, there were water spots on the mirrors, the portable cooktop was dirty, 2 of the coffee mugs were not properly washed and had coffee at the bottom.
I expected it the kitchen to have a full size oven, more than 2 burners, and equipped with the necessary kitchen utensils for use. I was disappointed to find a 2 burner portable cooktop that you couldn't even use at the same time with the skillets.
They have wifi but when you get there, don't count on your phone to work to contact them to open the gate for you. We had to wait 15 minutes for the wife to finally open the gate and instead of greeting us, she was asking us to move our car.
When I sent them a message about the towels and also the fridge did not work, the husband accused me of lying. They did eventually provided clean towels and coffee, however, calling a customer a liar is not.
