This home is designed for convenience. There is space for two vehicles beneath the home to make loading and unloading easy even when the weather is rainy. You'll also find an outdoor shower and dry entry on the ground level.

On the main floor, choose between one of three cozy bedrooms each outfitted with comfortable beds, a TV for entertainment and blackout curtains for optimal sleep. The King Bedroom has access to a covered deck and features an attached full-sized bathroom with glass and ceramic tile, a luxurious soaking tub and a custom vanity with marble top. A second room has 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin Bed along with access to the covered deck and shares a Full Bathroom featuring ceramic tile and new décor throughout with a third room featuring another Queen Bed with 1 Twin Bed. A laundry room with washer, dryer, and full-sized refrigerator complete the level. As a bonus, the first-floor closet is stocked with beach items for your use including chairs, boogie boards, skimboards, beach toys and a wagon! Outside, you'll stay cool on the covered deck as you lounge in the hammock for ultimate relaxation.

Upstairs, the spacious, open living area features brand-new comfortable furnishings, coastal décor, high ceilings, 8-foot ceiling fan, and plenty of natural light coming in through the large windows. Your family will love the cozy wrap-around couch and the 55" Smart TV with state-of-the-art Klipsch Sound System and Retro Nintendo Gaming System that comes preloaded with fun games! The dining room table has seating for 10 and a large kitchen features a new tiled backsplash, quartz countertops, all new stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice maker & filtered water, and an island bar with additional seating making it easier to prepare and enjoy your meals at home. Rest easy in a large master bedroom with a King bed and separate Twin bed—perfect for a family with a young child! RVs, trailers, and boats are NOT permitted within the community, unless they fit COMPLETELY in the garage or carport.
Parking passes are required from Memorial Day to Labor Day when parking on common property. Towing Enforced. They should be picked up at the clubhouse.
Wristbands are required to be worn when using ALL amenities, including accessing the beach via the walkway.
Golf carts are to be parked in a designated parking space, display a parking pass, and must be driven by a licensed driver. Carts parked on the grass or road side are subject to towing.

Dog Info: This property allows 1 dog max, up to 75 lbs., with an additional fee.

For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed to monitor entrances and the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home or in private spaces, ensuring your full privacy during your stay. Camera is on the ground level entry.
