All units have a great view of the private large heated pool and deck area in this canal-front 4-plex with boat dock. Beach access is just steps across Estero Boulevard at access point #25. Ample off-street parking is provided.

Each unit is air conditioned, and equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home. The kitchenette complete with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, meal preparation necessities, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils etc. Hotel style five star linens and towels complement our comfortable surrounds so you can unwind and relax in style.
The large shared heated pool with sunning area and chaise lounges is perfect way to relax and wind down a day at the beach. The property is on a canal and offers a boat dock as well.
A short drive to mid-island takes you to the Publix supermarket, but a trolley is also offered for convenient access to Times Square with the stop located just a few steps out from the condo to Estero Boulevard.
In addition, Estero Island and the surrounding areasâincluding Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Naplesâoffer an abundance of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Pet friendly restrictions and fees apply. Dogs are permitted up to 25 lbs. and non-aggressive breeds only with pet fee paid in advance. Pets restricted to dogs only, no other pets allowed and penalties enforced. Excess cleaning charges may apply.
