The Kitchen

KushKations Sativa is equipped with an open kitchen layout to host guests during your stay. The kitchen compliments family style gatherings. The 2 tables and 4 benches are lightweight enough to maneuver - perfect for hosting large groups. The Bedrooms

KushKations Sativa features 6 bedrooms with 13 total beds. 4 of the bedrooms are king beds & the other 2 bedrooms feature 2 full-sized bunk beds in each room. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms both featuring king-sized mattresses. The 2 bedrooms beside the arcade room feature a king-sized bedroom, & a bedroom with 2 full-sized bunk beds & a twin mattress. Both of these bedrooms feature their own climate control separate from the house. The bottom floor features 1 king bedroom, & the final bedroom containing 2 full-sized bunk beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a 32-inch TV, hangers + laundry baskets, & luggage holder. The king bedrooms feature an office desk, & chair. Privacy is key and guests will feel right at home in their own furnished bedroom.


The Bathrooms

KushKations Sativa boasts 2 freshly renovated stylish bathrooms.The upstairs bathroom features a beautiful vanity complimented with a modern gold plated bathroom sink & matching faucet. The downstairs bathroom features a sharp red modernized sink with a luxury stand up shower. The Backyard

KushKations Sativa features a private enclosed backyard with a 6-seater Hot tub, propane gas grill, & 2 hanging egg chairs. Guests need to either bring their own propane gas or utilize the Cynch application to place an order. The backyard also features an outdoor movie projector & firepit. Guests can also entertain at the dining table under the gazebo. Utilize the hot tub & backyard to unwind under the stars & truly hit the reset button. Morning, night, summer or wintertime, the hot tub provides year round relaxation for guests.
