Your top-floor sanctuary is the only home in the building with a full staircase - lighted by an ornate chandelier. An abundance of natural light streams in through a soaring wall of windows. Prepare your favorite meal in the newly-renovated kitchen with brand-new quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and French county cabinets. There's more than enough seating for your whole group in the spacious dining nook. If you have any work to complete before you can play, set up shop at the full-size desk in the living area. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
