I want this to help not to cause harm! Being a business owner for 29 years I know things are not perfect! customer service and caring about the customers is everything! It can make or break your business! Since Covid customer service is a dyeing art,it is sad that customer care is not first priority to a business anymore. renting from Vrbo the renter is protected. I had to sign a rental agreement and purchase a non negotiable insurance plan! (A first). But what about the rentee We are not protected! It is absolutely unacceptable so many requirements but the owner cannot hold their end of the bargain and care enough to rent a clean sanitary Unit. The property and decor was beautiful and the neighborhood was awesome. It was very disheartening to see how unclean and unsanitary this unit was. completely covered in pet hair! When we arrived the top sheet was not on the bed it was in the dryer with a blanket and there was a few dishes in the dish washer! I was getting dressed I laid my black clothes on the bed and pick them up and they were covered in pet hair! we realized it was pet hair everywhere! All over the bed, floor,furniture, kitchen sink and the couch! soon I had a allergic reaction.allowing pets in a rental property is extremely dangerous you must thoroughly clean! you do not know what renter could have asthma or
allergic(a lawsuit risk)owner offered to clean but why should I be inconvenience for something that should have been done( Returning client is goal)
