We stayed at one of Geno's properties in Treasure Cove before starting our bareboat sailing cruise out of Palm Cay. The property was perfect for our three-generaitons family of 7. Geno also provided transportation from/to the airport and helped us with provisioning for our trip. I cannot say enough great things about Geno and his service!

Priceless Service and Advice

We stayed at Geno's the night before we began our 10 day charter. The house was perfect got our group of 3 adult couples, Besides providing a beautiful place to stay, Geno and his colleague picked us up at the airport, helped us get our provisions, and provided priceless advice, I would 100% recommend the house and Geno.

Geno was attentive and answered any queries Immediately. The home was gorgeous with some charming character of regular usage. Loved the pool and fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Our stay was amazing. We're definitely hoping to get this property again when we visit!

Best host!

We cannot say enough good things about Geno. He took great care of us. Right from the start he picked us up at the airport and took the four of us and our load of suitcases to the house. The house was perfect, nice clean and roomy. However, we noticed we were missing a suitcase. Geno to the rescue! He took us right back to the airport and even walked in and spoke to workers expediting the return of the suitcase! He then called and made reservations for us at a popular restaurant making sure we could be immediately seated with a great water view. That’s not all! After returning us to the house he said he knew how to best work getting provisions, the luggage and us to the marina for our charter. He took such good care of us that everything went seamlessly and easy! We would not hesitate to book this house again on our next adventure!

Great overnight stay after I accidentally booked the wrong check out date at Atlantis. Geno was great and made sure that we had everything we needed. Including transportation. Beautiful and clean. Highly recommend.

Nassau Stay

It was a great place to stay although it was only overnight. Lots of space, well outfitted and comfortable living and sleeping space. My only observation is that the mirrors are not user friendly for shorter people. Otherwise I would love to return and stay longer in this very spacious, comfortable place. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Sailing Exuma Islands

This property is located in a lovely secure neighborhood. It is quiet and well maintained. The home well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Geno, our host, was extremely helpful. We used his taxi service many times. He even helped provision our boat for our sailing trip. Great overall experience!

Exumas sailing

Stayed one day prior and two days after our sailing trip. The accommodations were amazing. Fresh water in the refrigerator and fresh fruit on the counter! Master suite is particularly lovely. Geno, our host is most gracious, genuine, and extremely helpful. He also runs a taxi service which we used many times. Highly recommend this property and Geno!

Very good

I'll start with the pros: The house is huge. Very spacious living/dining area, large and separate entertainment room, good size bedrooms on the main level and a giant master bedroom with a large walk-in closet. Residential gated community made us feel safe. Private pool in the back yard is a decent size, is clean and well maintained and the whole pool and back yard got sun throughout the day. My 8-year-old was in the pool from breakfast to dinner! Modern appliances and everything is in working order. Kitchen is stocked with most things you'll need. Host is friendly and attentive. The house was clean and we didn't run into any bug issues. The convenience store outside the property is about a 7 minute walk and the supermarket is about a 15 minute walk. The cons: Water pressure was non-existent, which made showers interesting. The host tells me there's an issue with water pressure on this side of the island that the authorities are working on fixing. The pots and pans have seen better days. There's no drinking water system so you have to get bottled water. If you're thinking beach access means beautiful sandy beaches, think again. Treasure Cove doesn't have that, or if it does, we didn't find it. But with the private pool in the back yard it really didn't bother us too much. Apparently a lot of the residents in Treasure Cove have good size dogs, with many having more than one. I think no one will be surprised to hear that dogs bark. Often all sorts of hours.

Fabulous Vacation

This was an absolutely fabulous trip. Geno is probably the best host I’ve ever dealt with. The home was great and the description doesn’t do it justice. The location was perfect for our needs but be advised that you will need to arrange transportation (pretty costly) or rent a car to get to “active” part of the island. If your plan is to simply relax and stay on property, there’s a grocery store about 1/4 mile away. Geno can also help arrange for a chef. Our meals were outstanding. The gated community is a major plus in terms of all of us feeling safe away from home. We are already looking forward to our next visit and Geno will always be our first choice.

Beautiful Bahama Get-Away

This beautiful home is in a great gated neighborhood. It's all that the pictures say and more. You'll have all the kitchen items you need, the bedrooms are very comfortable, and there are plenty of those intangible "extra's" - towels, pool towels, toilet paper, soap, dishwashing & laundry detergent, etc... There is a grocery store nearby, beach access w/in the subdivision, as well as several beach access spots nearby, down the road from the subdivision. We found the location to be fantastic and easy to get around to things all around the island from there. I throughly enjoyed my time there, with my family, and would rent this home again. It was really peaceful/relaxing to decompress in the quiet of the neighbood, in the backyard in the pool. We ate many meals, played games, and shared a lot of laughter at the outside table under the covered patio. Geno was a lovely host. Very communicative, quick to respond, and did a very nice call to check in after it rained one day, to ensure that all was well with the house and our trip. Many new family memories made in this lovely rental home.

Amazing Stay!

The house is beautiful, well appointed and modern. With 4 bedrooms and baths, there is plenty of space for everyone. The private pool was my favorite part of the house. Having an early morning dip in the pool was awesome. If you're able, you can take a 15-20 minute walk over to the Marina next door for lunch at the Pink Octopus. Be sure to make a reservation. If you're not renting a car, my one suggestion would be arrange ground transportation to make sure you know how you're getting around. It's a house and not a hotel so taxi's are not rolling through every 5 minutes. Overall, it was fabulous and I would definitely return!

The house was very clean and well-designed. Pool is fabulous, lots of privacy and space for all of us. It's very convenient to Palm Cay and in a really nice neighborhood. Host was fabulous! Very helpful and responsive.
