PLENTY OF SPACE HERE WITH ALL THE AMENITIES! Why be cramped in a condo or hotel when you can have a whole house with a big back yard with privacy fencing? This charming home is just steps to the beach and a short walk to famous John's Pass boardwalk, renowned for its unique shopping, waterfront dining, lively bars, fishing charters, dolphin watching, and water sports restaurants, and shops. From the moment you walk into this charming home, you will be greeted with vaulted ceilings, updated bathrooms and kitchen with granite countertops. Once you step inside, you enter the foyer with a dining area to the right which is perfect for enjoying meals or for computer work. The living room area has a pull out queen sofa sleeper large enough for 2 people. Large and spacious fully-equipped kitchen perfect for cooking or entertaining. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed with a private bathroom and walk-in shower. This area also has a sitting area with television where the sofa converts into a queen bed. Bedroom 2 offers a king- sized bed with another sitting area which converts into a queen sleeper. A separate bathroom with a tub/shower combo just outside the bedroom door. Each bedroom has its very own door to access the outdoor tropical patio setting which offers a cushioned patio set, lounge chairs, a table and chairs with umbrella, and a grill for the perfect bbq within the confines of a private outdoor setting. Beach towels, chairs, cart and other beach items are available for use and are located in the beach closet just inside the front entrance. A hotel located across the street offers a beach bar and restaurant for convenience. This home is clean and in the perfect location on a quiet street just steps from the beach.

A great home away from home!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Treasure Island Beach House. It’s very cute, clean and had everything we needed. The only thing missing good weather! We look forward to coming back sometime and will enjoy the beach toys!

Beach ready vacation

This is a really cute clean house, about a 5 minute walk to the beach. If you want to be safe you won’t walk straight across the highway. You really need to go to the cross walk not too far down ( and close to an ice cream stand😁). The area feels safe for walking. The house has everything you need for the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, fun and games, towels,. I feel like the owners have included little details to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Beds were comfortable and clean. Love the sun room, reading area, and the large patio! The house seemed larger than what it looks like in the photos. The kitchen has everything you need, and very spacious. I recommend this place and will stay here again!

Checks all the boxes

Property was as described and well stocked with stuff to take to the beach. The property had charm, fenced yard and parking for two cars. It is a 5 minute walk to the putting your stuff on the beach..... very convenient! Also close to John' Pass.... 10 minute walk. Loved that the house came with beach chairs and an umbrella and a cart for transport. It had some beach inflatables, but a couple of them did not hold air. There were extra towels for the beach and bathrooms and there was adequate laundry. Everything worked well and they supplied some games and movies. A couple light bulbs were out, the outside furniture was old and the chair rack that held the beach chairs came off the wall, but these are small issues compared to the house overall.

Very nicely renovated place. Due to the storm a year ago, multiple properties around the house are abandoned and/or under renovations, but it was a very quiet street right off the main drag. Enough parking for two vehicles in the driveway. Very easy walk to the beach that my 60 year old parents had no issue with. We didn’t do any cooking, but the place seemed well stocked with pots and pans. There’s several beach chairs and a wagon to utilize in the front closet. Only “issue” we had was there was no iron as listed, but owners were quickly responsive by text. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Our 2 dogs which are well behaved and us had a great time. The location was perfect. Could not ask for a better location. John’s Pass is right down the street. You would not need a car. The house inside is like brand new. The appliances all looked brand new. The streaming services were above and beyond. I can’t believe how lucky we were to pick this house. We will be back.

We had a great time! The house was perfect for 3. But could have slept more. Very clean . Plenty of room out back on a beautiful patio . Nice bathrooms . Very short walk to the beautiful Treasure Island beach! So glad to see the area is recovering. We will be back !!

We had a nice stay here! The location was great—just a short walk to the beach, and the house came with everything you’d need for a beach day (cart, chairs, towels, etc.), which was super convenient. The kitchen was updated with nice appliances, and the host was really responsive. While it’s close to the beach, the neighborhood does have quite a few abandoned houses from the hurricane, so just something to be aware of.Overall, it worked out well for us and had lots of great perks for a beach trip!

Amazing location in an awesome town

We were slightly worried how Treasure Island was going to be, so soon after the recent hurricanes, but were surprised to find out that the town has rebounded amazingly. The beaches are beautiful and there are so many stores and things to do.This property was definitely a highlight of our trip. The location is perfect and the home is outfitted with all the amenities you need. It's modern and spacious and the backyard is perfect for tanning and relaxing. The beds are also extremely comfortable! We highly recommend this beautiful property and Treasure Island as a place to visit and have a great vacation.

Very cozy home in great location

This place was perfect for my girlfriend and I along with my mother and step father. You're within (albeit about half a mile) walking distance of the John's Pass Town Center that has all of the restaurants/shops needed. Make sure to use the crosswalks when headed to the beach!

Great little house

House was great, beach access was a 1-2 minute walk. There was bay access on one side and ocean in the other. The host had a “beach” closet with a wagon, chairs, umbrellas, towels, and ice chest. Property was in a good location with a small shopping district with shops and restaurants just over the bridge.

Treasure of a Vacation

We loved the property, the house is very nice. Clean and very well kept, and equipped with just about anything you could need. The patio out back is great for hosting BBQ's with the family. Great little ice cream shop just across the street to grab a treat each night. Very close to the beach access as well. We had a great time!!!!!

Family Vacation

We had a great time. Our kids loved being so close to the beach and our morning walks looking for shells. The house was fully equipped with anything we needed. Having a wagon and all the beach toys was amazing.

Cute cottage

This was our 2nd time here. We love the setup of the cottage. Our son & his wife joined us for a few days. They had their side of the cottage & we had ours. The cottage is decorated very nicely and was very well furnished. The cookware was well worn but not an issue for me as I travel with my own. There is a lovely outdoor area to enjoy. Location is prime. Beach, John’s Pass, restaurants, and bars are all walkable. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and sink drains but Kim was very good on keeping us informed to resolve it. Communication was swift. I wanted to rent again for next year but it is already reserved. ☹️

Perfect location and beach getaway 🌴😎

We thoroughly enjoyed this very clean and charming home and no wonder it received a five star rating! It was very clean, well stocked including beach wagon, chairs, plenty of towels and even footballs! It was less than 3 minute walk to the beach which was just across the street. Walking distance to John’s Pass and many things to do in the area. Hosts Kim & Jerry were wonderful to work with! The beautiful and spacious back patio which had plenty of furniture was a great place to relax after the beach and morning coffee. The bedrooms were nice and large too. We highly recommend this property!

We enjoy making our home a cozy and comfortable setting to share with others.
