Plus, you're only a short drive from the cultural buzz of downtown St. Petersburg.

This spacious ground-floor condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests:
Master Bedroom: King-size bed + 50” smart TV
Guest Bedroom: Queen-size bed + 50” smart TV
Living Room: Queen-size sleeper sofa + 65” smart TV
Enjoy meals at the dining table for 6, or sip your morning coffee in the sunroom with seating for 4 while watching dolphins, manatees, and pelicans drift by the bay windows.
The fully equipped kitchen features:
Microwave, stove, refrigerator
Blender, drip coffee maker + Keurig

We are originally from the Atlanta area but fell in love with Treasure Island in 2016 and immediately bought our first vacation rental following our first visit. Fast forward to covid when we decided that it was the time to move to this wonderful area and we have never looked back. We enjoy golfing, fishing, kayaking and taking care of our garden and fruit trees but our favorite thing to do is walk the beautiful beaches! Mermaid Manor is our happy place, our guest house and a great family gathering location. We hope you enjoy the area as much as we do!
