This spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bath ocean view condo has a full kitchen, dining room and living room. Sleeps 5 people total. The resort offers a large beach front deck, indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river and hot tubs. As well as, Myrtle Beach’s best known beach bar with Live Music Daily at Ocean Annie’s., restaurant and lounge on site. Coin laundry located downstairs. Close to shopping, golf courses, entertainment and so much more that the Grand Strand has to offer. You will not have access to the resort staff, because of this, you will need to pick up access keys to this unit at our main office which is about 10 minutes away from the resort.
Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.

The Space:
Full kitchen, (Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove). One Queen bed, One Full, One Twin bed. Sleeps 5 people total.

Guest Access:
You will pick up check in packet containing the hotel/condo key card at our office, Eagle Beach Rentals 1007 Sea Mountain Hwy North Myrtle Beach SC 29582. Once at the Resort, you will need to go to the front registration desk and pay $25.00 per car for a parking pass. Afterwards, the key card will give you access to the garage but the parking pass will keep you from getting towed.

The Neighborhood:
$25.00 per car to park at Resort. There is also a $5 per day charge for trash paid through the reception of the resort.

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD

Interaction with Guests:
We give our guest space but are available when needed.
