Enjoy a front-row seat to Old Town Ocean City at this one-bedroom condo located on the bayside. Not only will you be able to walk to the beach, the boardwalk, and an assortment of dining and shopping, you'll be greeted back at home in the afternoons by a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and air conditioning for your comfort.

On the bayside grounds of White Marlin, you'll have access to an outdoor pool at the water's edge. The beach, the historic Ocean City Boardwalk, the fishing pier, and Ripley's Believe It or Not! are all just two blocks east, with a number of great restaurants, eateries, shops, bars, and sources of entertainment nearby as well.

THINGS TO KNOW
Due to construction for resurfacing and coating, the balcony will be closed off until Memorial Day 2023. Construction will resume following Labor Day 2023 and will conclude in full on Memorial Day 2024. Parking is free during periods of construction but will be enforced when no construction is occurring.
Smoking is prohibited.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Location was the only good thing about this condo
I’ve been going to OC MD for many years & this condo was the worst place I’ve stayed at. Way overpriced. I’m not fussy, when I’m at the beach all I need is great weather, a comfortable place to sleep & a shower. This place had a shower in the tunnel bathroom. Advertised as 1.5 bath condo, sleeps six. The bathroom truly was a tunnel with 5 doors between the tub, toilets etc. strange set up. I think everything in the unit was the original builder grade appliances, not sure what year, but probably the 80’s. Furniture was from the same time period. Living room had the most uncomfortable sofa & chairs. Bedroom had 2 beds & 1 dresser. Have no idea how you could sleep 6 in this condo. 1 dresser for 6??? There was 1 regular closet in the bedroom. The sliding doors coming off the tracks was a homey touch. Balcony was ok, but they could fix the doors going to it. Needed 2 hands to get that door open. Wouldn’t take much to make this place decent, but if they can make money as is, why bother. Would absolutely not recommend this unit.

Great location on the bay
The walk to the boardwalk and beach was easy from this unit. The unit could use some updates but overall was a great place to stay for my family of four.

Clean, great location, parking needs clarified
Great location for our family, clean, wells stocked kitchen. 1.5 baths was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood, marina gorgeous. Only issue was parking. Vacasa Gave us two parking passes. One assigned and one for "first come first serve over flow lot" ... there was NO over flow lot. Almost all people at condo were great ... offered parking spot to us when they weren't there., except one who treatened to tow us even though we had a parking pass. Included linens in home a HuGE plus!!! Washer and dryer in unit super convenient.

Loved my stay!
This is an awesome location with a great view of the bay. Very affordable. Vacasa office personnel was awesome as well. Very clean.
