The Boho Place offers an inviting front porch, wood floors and high ceilings, a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable king size bed, along with a sofa bed in the living room. Located in the historic, up and coming, Olde Towne East neighborhood, just 1 mile from downtown Columbus. You will enjoy a short walk to local eateries, tavern, wine and coffee shop. You are also just down the street from historic Franklin Park & Conservatory along with the newly opened Trolley District.

Excellent property!

This is an older building with lots of character, and has been very well maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Loved it!

We loved the property and the neighborhood. The hosts were kind enough to leave a comprehensive Guest Manual that included everything we needed to know, including how to use the Google thermostat , activities, food etc. We didn't have enough time to experience the area, but we plan to return for a three-day weekend soon!

Cute Shotgun Duplex

It’s a cute, little shotgun duplex. Loved having a washer & dryer for personal use. The outside sitting areas were nice to have. Cons: the extremely heavy footed upstairs renter sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling once or twice. There were ants in the living room after we accidentally left an empty can out overnight.Overall: it was a nice, comfortable place to stay in a location convenient to why we were in town. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet & nice.

Lovely Home

This is a beautiful home set in a safe neighborhood just outside of downtown Columbus. It was an easy drive anywhere we wanted to visit in the area - plus we discovered some great restaurants just minutes away. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Great property but noisy neighbors.

This is one of four units in what appears to have been once a two story duplex, a fairly common configuration in older urban neighborhoods. It's much nicer than a hotel room and more economical. However, heavy feet and the night shifts characterized the upstairs neighbors.

Comfortable stay. Quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and pleasant. Listing says it has a fenced yard. There's no fenced yard... Other than that, everything is as listed. I recommend this place. Great location.

Adorable Apartment Great Location

I was in town for a conference at the Greater Columbus Area Convention Center, and this apartment was perfect for my needs. It was within a few minutes of the convention center and the related downtown attractions. It was also within a few miles of some delicious bakeries in German Village. Plenty of street parking was available, so even when I got in late at night, I didn't have to worry about that. I would stay here again by myself or with my spouse!

Cute and amazing location

Very nice people. Quick to respond. Had a minor incident to no fault of theirs but they were very accommodating and even offered to help out when they didn't have to. Beautiful place. Very clean. Wills definitely be back in the future. Thank you for being amazing hosts.

A true gem!

This place was SO cute and welcoming! And BIG! So much space. The bed was very comfortable and it was clean, and in a great part of town! I would 100% stay here again. The communication with the owners was perfect. The thermostat needed a battery and they came over right away to replace it. Book this place for your next stay in Columbus!

Beautiful get away place

This property is great. Very safe neighborhood. We went in February so we didn’t get a chance to sit on the porch. The inside is beautifully decorated boho chic style which is very relaxing. The king size bed is very comfortable. The kitchen area was perfect for dining in. The front sitting area was perfect for two people. The only critique would be that since we are not accustomed to having other people live in the house the upstairs tenants could be heard walking around which was very squeaky.

Great for the price

Cute little place with very clean bathroom & bedroom. Couple of unfortunate items, mold in the coffee pot carafe and a pair of dirty socks in the living room. Both were very out of place as the general cleanliness was fantastic. Property manager got back same day to issues. Just as a side note for anyone who’s sensitive to outside sounds, this is part of a multiplex and the renter above you might be active night people like it was during our stay. All in all, great price for what you get and very nice owners.

Anniversary Getaway

My wife and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The property was very clean and welcoming. They also had listed recommendations for attractions and restaurants and had labeled cabinets and switches to make it easy to find everything. They made sure to communicate often to make sure everything was going well, but not too frequently so as to be a bother. Anyone wanting somewhere quiet and relaxing around Columbus should certainly check this place out.

Great spot for a short stay (or a long one!)

I found this place to be just what I was looking for - it had some character, it was spotless and very comfortable, and it was stocked with enough provisions to make my stay worry free. Thanks go to Joe & Ketevan for the coffee and french press, and the bottled water. Finding multiple places to eat, imbibe, and relax within very short walking distance (along Oak St.) was a major plus. Cool neighborhood!

While Joe is a Columbus native, I am originally from the Republic of Georgia and moved to the U.S. with my family in 2009. After getting married and starting a family, we relocated back to Columbus in 2017. While we maintain our love of traveling to new places, we now look forward to making your stay in our city as memorable as possible. You are only a short drive away from all of the Columbus hot spots.
