This oceanfront home is located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, offering its own private walkway to the sand and three levels of ocean view balconies. Take a seat outside and listen to the waves crashing on the shore, basking in the salty air and the cool coastal breeze.

This light-filled home is polished, elegant, and spectacularly positioned on the ocean shore. Enjoy an outdoor shower to rinse off the lingering sand, a full-size washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits at the end of the day, and a well-appointed kitchen to assist in preparing appetizers and meals after a day at the beach.

When it comes to entertainment, you'll have a pool table, board games, high-speed WiFi, smart TVs and Rokus, and boogie boards and chairs to bring down to the beach.

You'll feel miles away from the stresses of daily life, yet you'll also be close to so much. It's a quick, nine-mile drive to get into the heart of historic St. Augustine with its many restaurants, shops, museums, and pedestrian mall. Marineland is five miles south and the quaint town of Flagler Beach is only 20 miles beyond.

The following dog breeds are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, wolf-dog hybrid.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
