This Townhome features modern amenities throughout with an elegant charm in the heart of Dallas. A spacious Roof Terrace area, overlooking the Dallas Skyline brings all the best from the comfort of home. We also provide high speed internet/wifi, cable, coffee maker and coffee supplies, plush towels, cookware and utensils. Shampoo, conditioner, & body wash are stocked as well!

Guest will also have exclusive access to the secure ground floor parking garage at no additional cost, in addition to plenty of free street parking w/ no restrictions for any extras. Any amenity you may need for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation is provided for you with your stay along with the convenience of your very own washer and dryer. Still Waiting for My Refund
I didn't want to write a bad review but the host and VRBO have left me no other choice. I will start by saying this property was very nice and clean. We wanted nothing more than to stay at the property. At 2:00AM on the first night a leak started through a can light in the kitchen. This shorted out power to 75% of the unit. It also caused the smoke detector to beep every 15 minutes. I put towels on the hardwood floors and a pot on the ground to catch the water. The following morning I notified the host and let them know we would have to find a different place to stay due to feeling unsafe in the unit with water effecting the electrical. The host was very apologetic and said no problem, I would receive a full refund. I also reached out to VRBO immediately to report the issue. I provided pictures and screenshots of the communication with the host. I was very disappointed when I only received a partial refund. I contacted VRBO and the host many times since then and have gotten the run around for weeks now. I have 4 different escalated case numbers from VRBO and multiple messages from the host confirming the commitment to the full refund but no one is actually making it happen. They are too busy pointing fingers at each other as to who is responsible instead of taking care of the customer. The way I have been treated by VRBO and the host is just bad business practice. Ultimately VRBO should take care of the consumer and settle it with the host separately. Highly disappointed!

Nice property but felt like being in a fishbowl
The townhouse is very nice in a gated location. It is very clean and spacious but there is no privacy in the kitchen and living room. The curtains in the bedrooms are very thin and transparent. There is a rooftop patio that was our highlight in the evenings that had beautiful views of Dallas. The negative experience from our stay was dealing with no Wi-Fi or tv for the 5 days we stayed. We did not have any ac the first night we arrived and had to find a hotel last minute. Once again no privacy!! It’s a coordinating task to get the outside gate and garage to open. It was daily messaging with Carter dealing with the issues. The neighborhood did not feel safe to be walking especially during the evening and night. There are a lot of homeless people. Not sure if we would stay again at this location after our experience.

The interior of this 3-story condo is like a 5-star hotel. Very very nice Gigantic Condo has lots of space and large rooms Property manager was very available when needed

Great location! Easy access to Dallas and surrounding area. Easy check in and checkout! Hosts respond quickly. Overall had a great time and stay.
