The Space:
VILLA LAS PALMAS is a stunning vacation rental that promises an unforgettable getaway. This beautifully renovated home features a heated pool and spa, making it the perfect retreat for families and friends. With two primary bedrooms and a total of three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, there is ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay.

The property boasts 16' vaulted ceilings throughout, leading to a bright, open chef's kitchen equipped with stainless appliances, granite counters, upgraded cabinetry, and a wine cooler. The spacious open floor plan includes a formal dining room that seats eight, a cozy family room for evenings with loved ones, and a game room featuring a pool table and ping pong table. Sliding glass doors open to a covered, screened-in pool area, creating a park-like backyard oasis.

Bedrooms and Amenities:
- Primary bedroom 1 features a king bed, dual vanity, walk-in shower, tub, and spacious walk-in closet.
- Guest bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and a trundle bed that sleeps two.
- Bedroom 3 is furnished with a queen-sized bed.
- All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs.
- Separate in-house laundry room with washer and dryer.
- Gas grill available for outdoor cooking.
- Two-car garage and two bicycles for your use and entertainment.

Pet Policy:
- We are pet friendly; a fee of $100 per pet will be added to your stay.
- Please inform us if you plan to bring pets.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions. Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
