A guest bedroom and bonus sleeping space each feature a queen bed, cathedral ceilings, a smart TV, and a private covered balcony. (One also has a foosball table). The guest bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Bordered by towering mature pines, your peaceful property features a breezy front patio and roomy backyard complete with a luxe private hot tub. Unwind in the hammock or play a fun game of cornhole.

Enjoy a friendly game of horseshoes, then fire up the four-burner gas grill and host a cookout on your sunny patio.

Make the first tracks on the mountain -- the base of the Snow Summit Ski Resort is within a 10-minute walk.

Your central locale is also within walking distance of local shops and eateries. In warmer months, embark on a Big Bear Lake adventure from Ski Beach Park (a quick 4-minute drive).

Things to Know

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
