LIVING AREA

Relax on the sofa and two armchairs in the spacious living room. Fire up the gas fireplace and watch a movie around the 55in TV with Blu-ray and DVD.

The loft is fitted with a large sectional and a 50in TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Fit for feasts, the gourmet kitchen is equipped with a full suite of sleek, stainless steel appliances. Indulge your inner barista with the convenient cappuccino maker.

Gather for delicious meals at the dining table for six or the kitchen bar for five.

BED & BATH

Find ultimate comfort in the primary suite, featuring a king bed, gas fireplace, direct patio access, and en-suite with a large walk-in shower.

A second suite boasts a king bed, gas fireplace, exercise bike, and en-suite with a jetted tub and a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and TV, while the fourth bedroom is outfitted with two XL twin beds.

The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination, while a convenient half bath is located just off the kitchen.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Sip morning coffee amidst the fresh mountain air in the two rockers on the patio.

In the evening, sizzle steaks and veggies on the gas grill.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary high-speed WiFi, streaming sticks for all TVs, a washer/dryer, beach gear, and a boot dryer are provided.

Parking for two cars in the driveway and one in the garage.

Please note that the ice maker is currently not operational.

Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.

Eight maximum number of occupants (excluding children under 13 years of age) permitted.

LOCATION

Head a half-mile from your door to FiftyFifty Brewing Company, Drunken Monkey Sushi, or Thai Delicacy. Downtown Truckee offers a vast selection of dining, shopping, and entertainment options (2 miles). Find tasty street fare at Truckee Thursdays Summer Street Festival.

Spend the day on the slopes at Northstar California Resort (6 miles) or Sugar Bowl Ski Resort (13 miles). Check out the Highlands Gondola, connecting Northstar Village to the Ritz-Carlton. In the summer, the ice skating rink converts to a roller rink, and Friday Fun Nights offer live music from June to September.

Spend summer days on the shores of Lake Tahoe at Kings Beach (11 miles).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
