Welcome to Howlin' at the Moon, a unique log cabin nestled in the Smoky Mountains, presented by Moonrise Vacation Properties, LLC. This striking cabin, with its exposed beams and authentic tongue & groove logs, adds a rustic charm to the tranquil Eastern Tennessee area of the Smoky Mountains. It's located on five acres of private land, sharing its captivating surroundings with its sibling cabin, Barkin' at the Moon. Despite its secluded setting, the vibrant Parkway of Pigeon Forge is merely a swift five-minute drive away.

Relish meals on the front porch, equipped with a table and benches, while soaking up the awe-inspiring natural scenery. The interior welcomes you with a snug living room on the ground floor, complete with an electric fireplace, a smart TV, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa for added comfort. The dining area showcases a custom-built reclaimed wood table and chairs, complemented by a bar with seating for three. The fully furnished kitchen exudes a warm, welcoming ambiance. A bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a standalone shower, jetted tub, and double vanity is also available. A full-sized washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

Relax and absorb the tranquil surroundings from the back porch's double glider. On the upper level, a spacious open loft awaits, fitted with a smart TV, a queen-sized bed, a rocker, and a shared bathroom with an oversized shower. The upstairs bedroom combines cozy nooks with modern amenities, preserving the rustic charm of a traditional cabin retreat.

The basement level promises limitless entertainment, furnished with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a 55" smart TV, board games, a pool table, and a 3000-game arcade machine. The indoor pool and spa allow you to enjoy stunning views, and the basement deck offers rocking chairs for leisure amidst the tranquility of nature.

The cabin features two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a loft with a queen bed. Indulge in the indoor pool with jets and an integrated spa, relax in the TV area, or test your skills in the game room with a pool table and arcade game on the basement level. Both levels boast covered decks with stunning views, allowing you to fully appreciate the magnificence of these cabins in the Great Smoky Mountains.

At Howlin' at the Moon, we gladly welcome well-behaved dogs for $35 per dog per night. The dog must be over 12 months old, vaccinated and crated when left alone. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed due to owner allergies.

While the cabin's driveway is steep, it's easily accessible, and a 4WD vehicle is necessary during winter. Each cabin accommodates parking for two vehicles in the designated area, with extra parking for additional vehicles at the base of the driveway.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Government ID required to be sent when rental agreement is signed for booking to be accepted. Primary renter must be age 25 or older, and must remain on site for the reservation term.
