The condo also has a detached one car garage available for guest use. The unit can be combined with LV026 to create a 2 bedroom unit with dual master suites (subject to availability). The condo has an interior lock-off door between the one bedroom and studio units. There is an expectation that guests minimize noise around the door from 10pm-8am.
