Please send me an inquiry with the specifics of your event and we can negotiate a fair price.

Astral Acres is in a very private location at the end of the road, with a beautiful two acre yard, three acres of woods with trails, and outstanding star gazing on clear nights!

I am an artist and nine year experienced VRBO Premier host with my short term rental house in Portland.

Astral Acres is available for small or medium groups, and weddings up to125 people, with parking for 35 cars. The house sleeps 11 to 13, the Lotus Belle Tent sleeps 2 to 4, and tent camping for approx 50 people is available.

During summer and fall a 13’ Lotus Belle Tent is available for extra charge, see photos. The parking lot can accommodate around 35 cars during the summer. Tent camping for additional guests is available for an extra charge per person.

If you are planning a celebratory event, that is great! If your celebration entails healthy amounts of anything healthy, then that is welcome. If your celebration entails large amounts of alcohol, please book elsewhere. Celebrations that respect our neighbors, your host, the land, and the house are welcome and this a great place to celebrate!

I am a sculptor and my monumental sculptures are in the backyard and the house for everyone's enjoyment.

Star Gazer stay for Multnomah Falls Visit
There was a bit of a discrepancy in price per person in the wording of the rental, however this was worked out between myself and the host. The home was very nice and the grounds were beautiful and peaceful. Various interesting art sculptures in the home and all over the property. The host is a talented artist. There were many food items condiments in the refrigerator and cabinets that we assumed were the hosts, which we didn't touch. It was unusually hot when we were there and there were fans in the house but no air conditioning, so that was a bit uncomfortable. Overall it was a nice stay and the host was very kind and easy to work with.

Great mountain home not as accessible as advertised
It could be VRBO failing at this but it’s listed as an accessible property with the exception of the entry way. None of the bedrooms or bathrooms were wheelchair accessible at all. That was my biggest upset. If I would have known the bedrooms weren’t even accessible I’d have looked elsewhere to begin with. But despite that, the place was nice and pretty spacious if you’re not disabled. Though I am appreciative it is all on one floor. The backyard has a lot of sculptures and scenery to admire. The host Todji was very accommodating to our large group and even let us checkin a few hours early. He was great at making sure there was good communication incase we needed anything. One of his cats even decided to come stop by for a visit. Thank you again for hosting our work retreat

I am a fine art sculptor who has supported my sculpture career through the fine art of hospitality. I rented rooms to other artists for 13 years while building my sculpture career and restoring a 1907 house in Portland. I turned over to short term rentals in 2015. My sculpture studio is onsite at Star Gazer and I am in the process of developing a sculpture garden to share with my guests! Come co-create an awesome experience at Astral Acres!
