Private cottage style home is an excellent choice for a holiday rental in Charlotte, North Carolina. 7 minutes is all it takes to get to the Bank of America Stadium, uptown which is just 3.2 miles away in one straight road. Or Airport is just 8 mins. All PoI's nearby. It features a distinctive layout with three bedrooms and a small, modern full kitchen that has everything you need to feel at home. Huge driveway for 4 car parking, a large backyard with a 14x14' pergola outdoor dine or hang out.

About me: I have a versatile interest and love learning a lot of things, and I am passionate about what I do.
Real estate has been the most fulfilling thing I've ever done. I'm passionate about hosting, and it's something I truly enjoy as well. However, despite my lack of time, I still prefer to handle everything myself, so that I can ensure the best possible experience for my guests. With a dual masters degree (1 in IT and 1 in Photography/Film Direction), I left my 18 years of IT career in Oct 2021 so that I can follow my passion in photography, filmmaking, website development, graphics design, and, most importantly, real estate.
