Our villa located in İçmeler, one of the most decent districts of Marmaris, serves our valued residents. In line with its location, it is 3km (5-10 minutes) from the city center and the sea. In this villa with a lawn area of approximately 80 m², you will find yourself in the magnificent atmosphere of green and pine scent.

It is designed for a peaceful holiday with its boutique pool, private high fence and real grass garden, completely independent from other villas. Ideal for large families. Our villa in total; It has 4 floors, 5 bedrooms, 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, 2 large balconies, private pool and garden. For your summer evenings in the garden; There is a garden sitting group, a garden swing for 3 people. We have a special corner for your barbecue pleasure. The outdoor camera system is recording 24/7 for you and your safety.
The VILLA SUNSET; 5 rooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. It has a private pool and a private garden. All room and living room windows have automatic blinds. If you wish, you can make a completely dark room throughout the day.
