Terrific home for a getaway!

Cozy two bedroom, two bath house in the woods with a private hot tub for relaxing and enjoying nature. The property has a beautiful deck for outdoor dining or lounging. Great location in Hot Springs in gated Diamond Head community with access to amenities such as golf course, pool, tennis/basketball courts, playground and more! Deli store located at front gate for food and necessities. There is a boat ramp very close if you want to take your boat out for the day. The State Park is a couple miles away and has a sandy beach great for kids, trails for hiking, boat and kayak rentals available as well.

Great place!

This was a beautiful, comfortable tree house. The views from the porch were so lovely. There was plenty of space for the boys and the adults. We had an issue, and the owner came within 20 minutes, and fixed it. It was one of the lo liest stays I've had at a VBRO in years.

Great Place for Anniversary

This property is amazing. Just perfect for rest and relaxation. Spending a quiet long weekend with your spouse. Enjoyable Hot Tub surrounded by beautiful trees. 10 out of 10. Will definitely book again.

A secluded, bright, clean paradise tucked away in the woods!

My family loved staying here. We had more than enough towels, bedding, & kitchen utensils/tableware/cookware.We loved enjoying the hot tub while overlooking the beautiful woodsy scenery. My kids loved exploring the woods in the back, found lots of quartz crystals!The location was fantastic too, close enough to Hot Springs but still felt like “getting away from it all”.

Relaxing Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, well stocked, and welcoming. We also saw around 20 deer while we were there and my kids enjoyed that. We look forward to our next trip to Hot Springs area.

Decent place to stay

overall was a decent place, bed wasn't the greatest, pillows were not the greatest, sofa needs updated, property location is a little drive to hot springs but not a huge deal, location is quiet. overall is a good place

Weekend getaway

The property is nice. The neighborhood is really nice and secluded. We saw a few deer everyday. It’s not too far from downtown.

Perfect getaway

Place was clean, well stocked, and very private. Only 3 houses on the street. Loved the fact it was about 15 minutes from town. Best trip we have had thus far without the kids.

Sister trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was almost like being in a tree house.Lots of wildlife which we loved. We were there for a sister trip and it was the perfect location to just have some great R&R together. We loved the house, everything was just right!! Beds very comfy everything we needed, just a really fun place to have a little get-a-way.

Wonderful home, relaxing stay!

This is a beautiful, comfy, and clean home. Everything that we needed was provided by the host. The home sits peacefully in the woods…a very pretty setting. The deer enjoy this setting as well. We will be returning and staying longer!

Wonderful 4th of July Holiday

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Hot Springs. It had everything we needed plus more (the property manager left us snacks and frozen treats before check-in). She was super quick in answering any questions we had before and during our stay. We all enjoyed the views, the hot tub, cooking outside, etc. Highly recommend giving this place a stay!

Everything was great. The house was clean and comfortable. Very secluded and beautiful. Perfect spot for the hot tub. Safe community and area. Awesome! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot !

We really enjoyed our stay and this property. It was extremely clean and easy to steward. Laura, our host, quickly responded to all of our request and included some special treats that added to our enjoyment. The outdoor areas were so peaceful and quiet. The Windows allowed us to view birds, squirrels, and deer in the woods below. Also.... the Wi-Fi, Cell Phone, and TV signals were strong. Great A/C and plenty of hot water.

Beautiful home!!

We stayed a few nights for our anniversary and we are already planning our next stay here! The house was clean and had beautiful views of the trees. There are so many windows so you can see the view from any angle in the house. The hostess stayed in contact and even allowed us to have a late check in which was super helpful. I definitely recommend this rental!

Girls trip

We really enjoyed our stay at The Lookout. It seems like you are up in a tree house. Such a cool, cozy place. They went the extra mile to accommodate by having a bottle of wine on the table, enough trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, laundry pods, everything extra you would need. Even EVOO and salt & pepper. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay.

Peaceful Getaway

I walked in and was very shocked at how clean the property was. It is definitely the cleanest place that I have ever stayed. I also was very pleased with all the things that were included. Plenty of trash bags, towels, dishes, toilet paper, soap, tooth brushes, tooth paste, etc. All that we really needed to bring was food, clothes, and drinks. Overall very impressed and would definitely stay again! The master bed was very comfy as well.

Safe, Clean, and Cute Under the Treed

A great trip. The property met and exceeded all expectations. Everything worked, which is odd, remotes, fans, lights, hot tub... everything. Such a surprise! Hot tub was clean, functioning and seemed to have correct chemicals. Property manager/contact was extremely helpful, prompt, responsive, etc. The 15min drive to downtown Hot Springs goes by in a flash due to beautiful country side. The front gates to the community worked perfectly once we got it down. We felt safe and private for our entire stay. We loved the property design and decor. They even had a bottle of wine waiting for us. One of our best Vrbo experiences. We were talking about booking another visit before we even left.

Great house. Awesome area. The thermostat shut the unit off at 68 degrees but it still felt like it was 76 degrees. It was very strange.

Beautiful scenery

The house had a beautiful view. We had a great time. The only thing that didn’t work for us was the hot tub had too much chlorine in it for us to use it. Other than that, all was good.

Wonderful long weekend

The house was a perfect size for us while spending a long weekend in Hot Springs. Very clean and the hot tub is in excellent condition and set at the perfect temperature. Location is very private and just a short drive to Hot Springs.

Family get away

This was meant to be a little getaway from the busy life and enjoy peace and quiet while visiting something new and that is exactly what we got! The view was amazing! Nobody around us, everything in the property was super clean and neat as expected. If you have to pick a place to stay, this is the one. We are definitely come back to this place when we come back to visit hot springs. 10/10 recommend.

Great place for family trip

This place was amazing to stay at. Its about a 20 min drive to downtown but the community was so nice and the house was off to itself in the woods. The views were amazing esp looking out from the hot tub. There were deer everywhere which the kids loved watching. The perfect little house!

The Lookout is a great house to get away for a weekend or a week, or even longer! Everything you need is here. Relaxing on the deck surrounded by nature is a great way to unwind. The fenced in yard is great for your pet. Enjoy an afternoon or evening in the hot tub as well!
