This beautiful, newly built, modern ocean view villa is located in the highly prestigious area of Palm Beach. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, The Ritz Carlton, the Marriott hotel and the Fisherman’s Hut. This is a well-known beach for windsurfers and kite surfers in Palm Beach. Close to Eagle Beach, Malmok Beach, Bubali Bird Sanctuary, the Butterfly Farm, the California Lighthouse, and other area attractions.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE TAKING EXTRA PRECAUTIONS IN CLEANING BOTH BEFORE YOUR STAY AND AFTER TO MAKE YOUR VACATION AS SAFE AS POSSIBLE

Upon entering the house, you will find a very spacious, and open, living room. Writing desk if needed and brand new leather furniture looking on to a big screen Television. The house boasts 4 large bedrooms, each with its own beautiful ensuite and KING SIZED BEDS. The kitchen is fabulously designed with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a very unique indoor/outdoor kitchen. Simply open the bi-folding glass window and serve directly out onto the granite breakfast bar... giving you that outdoor atmosphere. We have also supplied, for your convenience, an outdoor beer/cold drink fridge just outside the large glass patio door leading from the house to the covered terrace out by the pool.

The yard is very spacious and has a GRAND swimming pool with a beautiful fountain and under water sitting bench with 4 jets so you can relax and enjoy the view. There is an outdoor shower so you can rinse off before or after the pool...and great for you divers to rinse off your gear after a fantastic day of blowing bubbles. You will also find an outside (shaded) bar area with 8 bar stools and a Weber BBQ to make those nights when you stay in enjoyable. For those days at the beach there are TOMMY BAHAMA beach chairs, beach towels and coolers provided so you can kick back in the beautiful sand and surf while enjoying a cold one and some snacks in comfort

One of the other highlights of this house is the incredible ocean view upper deck boasting glass railing and hand crafted chairs from a local carpenter where you can enjoy a glass of wine while letting your mind escape and viewing the ocean and watching the most sought out sunset in the Caribbean.

Characteristics of Ocean View Villa: Modern built house – 4 large bedrooms all with king sized beds and their own cable TV. Also their own beautiful and private en suite
each with its own unique and picturesque tile. One of the bedrooms has a 6-foot glass patio door with a gorgeous pool view. 3 separate sitting ares outside and private / gated parking. There is a half bath and laundry facilities in its own separate room as well.

Great location, plenty of space, loved the pool.

The villa has a great location on the island, close to the best snorkeling beach and kiting schools just north of the high rises. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby. The owner and property manager were very helpful before and during the stay, providing us with property instructions and local recommendations.

Perfect House for Annual Girl’s Trip!

This house couldn’t have been more perfect for our group of 4 ladies! We each had our own king size bed and bathroom. The pool was lovely and refreshing. Being able to walk to Palm Beach was so convenient! Communication was excellent. House was well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful spacious home!

Plenty of room for 7 people! Beautiful, clean, amazing outdoor space and pool with tons of seating options. About a 10 minute walk to Palm Beach which was great! The big lizard that tries to come in the pool area every day is a bit annoying, but that is no fault of the owner! Would absolutely come back again to this wonderful home!

Perfect Property!

This villa was perfect for my family of 6. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom with air conditioning through-out! The pool was amazing! Lots of space to spread out and/or entertain. The villa was well equipped (beach chairs, umbrellas, linens, towels, snorkeling gear, sunscreen, and many other considerate items). Mark was amazing to work with and very engaging and helpful through out our stay! The villa is convenient to Palm Beach (walking distance). Renting a car is recommended to be able to go to the grocery store, visit other beaches, and explore the island. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property!

Perfect Family Vacation

We had a family group of 8. The house was perfect for us. The indoor/outdoor space gave us plenty of room. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms, which is a must when traveling in a group this size. The location is great ! No worries about bringing coolers, beach chairs/towels or snorkel equipment, they are readily available in the house. The upper deck has great views. I would recommend making a reservation at the OAK. It is one of the best restaurants on the island and it is a stones throw away from the house. When we plan our next family vacation, we will definitely stay here.

Sometimes what you see is not what you get. Not the case with Bakval 4! What you see is EXACTLY what you get, if not more. Everything about the house and property is spot on. Mark is a wonderful host, and property manager Izaita is so easy and responsive to work with. If we could give this property a 10*, we would!!

Fantastic First Family Tip to Aruba!

Mark is a terrific owner. He purchased this home after our initial booking and the swap over was seamless. Mark responds immediately to any questions and has great recommendations. He's put a lot of attention into upgrades and just had new palapas installed to provide much needed shade for the pool and deck. The home was spotless and tastefully decorated. The pool, patio and deck are fantastic and allowed us to relax in the evenings after full days at the beautiful beaches and excursions. Izaira the manager popped over with brand new beach chairs for us and helped us with some rental car issues. The home is just moments from the Ritz & Marriott and conveniently located to our favorite Arashi beach. We preferred Eagle beach over Palm beach and it was also a quick ride away. It was a week of Paradise for our family of 5 adults. It's also a 2 minute walk from Oak Restaurant which was fantastic-book early!!

This trip started in June for a birthday with 7 of us, but the world changed. Ken was absolutely kind and accommodating by giving us some options as we still all were wanting to experience this place. By the time the flight was ready to leave, there were only 2 of us in this huge house due to unforeseen test results from the group. We decided to go and are we glad we did. Very huge rooms even though we only used one out of the four, why waste someone's time cleaning, and it was raining like crazy, but once the sun came out, we had a beautiful pool, a GREAT GRILL, we used it soo much, and a place that was so big but fabulous. I can not say enough about the sensitivity and patience from Ken, along with Izeria, who was there when ever we needed some ideas for around town. The island was pretty much ours as travel is down but once we all are back on the mend, Ken and Izeria will be getting a call back from us. I can not say enough about the people that own and run this property, the property itself will always be fantastic, but the kindness of both of them was heartfelt. GREAT TRIP!! Hated going home, until next time...which will be next year as this will continue to be a place we go to every year!

Review of our wonderful vacation week at Bakval 4

We had an amazing time. Mark, the host, was fantastic from the very beginning. He responded very quickly to my questions. Most of my friends stayed at the Marriott, so I had a lot of questions about renting a house and driving around on the island. Mark answered so so many questions that were not related to the property, but more to vacationing in Aruba. The house is beautiful. 4 large bedrooms with king beds and private bath for each room. Beautiful lightening system. We enjoyed the pool more than we thought we would. I counted many chairs for eating around the pool deck. The upstairs outside deck was perfect for relaxing after a morning at the beach. A nice combination of shade (chickee) and sun around the pool. Location of the house was perfect. About 5 min drive to the Marriott and Moomba beach (parking places). So easy to get to Arashi and Eagle beaches - more space and less hectic than Palm beach. Supermarket was less than 10 minutes away. Izaira, the property manager, was amazing as well - friendly, knowledgeable, very available. I needed help with a minor fixing which could have waited till the next morning. But she came the same night to help. Looking forward to staying at Bakval 4 in the future. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Palm Beach is close by and was very nice but we preferred Arashi Beach which was beautiful. Our villa provided everything we needed to make our first trip to Aruba a memorable one. We had a great stay at this property. Mark was so proactive and responsive, starting as soon as I booked. The house is exactly like the pictures - so clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything you could need. The outdoor space with the amazing pool was great. We are only a family of 5, so had tons of space, but even if 8 people stayed, there is plenty of room. The pool was definitely a highlight for my teens and tween. Great location too - 5-20 minutes from almost everything. 5 minutes drive to all the restaurants in the Palm Beach area. Baby Beach was the furthest, and that was still under 40 minutes. Definitely would recommend renting a car for flexibility. Parking was pretty easy at all the different beaches we went to. The house has almost everything needed for the beach - beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, I even found some basic snorkeling gear in the bin by the pool. The house manager and her daughter were accommodating and helpful too. We highly recommend this property!

Amazing house in great location. Everything was perfect and as advertised ! Perfect for family or group of friends !! Owner (Mark) was awesome and super helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend staying at Bakval 4 !!

The location is outstanding. Only a few min walk from the beaches...on a very quiet street with no one behind us. It was the perfect opportunity for us to renovate the old property and build an oasis for both our families and others to enjoy the spoils of this beautiful Sun filled Island

Close to beaches...shopping...restaurants yet very quiet and private. Indoor/outdoor kitchen is very unique and functional. Very large pool in back yard with a sitting bench that has back jets and still loads of room to splash and swim around. 4 sitting areas outside...The fantastic pool area...The shaded, covered terrace...The bar and BBQ area at the back and of course, the upper deck with an ocean view!
