LIVING AREAS

The inviting living room features a large sectional and a gas fireplace. A 50in flat-screen TV sets the scene for family movie nights. Shake up a cocktail at the wet bar, complete with a mini-fridge and bar seating for two.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up fresh recipes in the fully stocked chef's kitchen, complete with gleaming granite countertops, a double oven, and a five-burner gas range stove.

When it's time to eat, gather around the dining table for six.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps eight guests in between three bedrooms.

The master suite and second bedroom both feature a king bed, a 42in flat-screen TV, and private access to the backyard. Each includes a spacious en-suite bathroom equipped with two separate vanities, a walk-in shower, and a jetted tub as well as a water closet.

A private casita has a king bed, a 32in flat-screen TV, and a small sitting area with a full-size sleeper sofa and a wet bar. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.

A half bath provides further convenience.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Stunning fairway and mountain views offer the perfect backdrop for outdoor entertaining. Float in the heated resort-style pool and spa and relax on the three loungers.

When evening falls, fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco at the table for six underneath the covered patio.

Parking is available for five vehicles; three in the garage, and two in the driveway. Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable, and a washer/dryer are provided. Extras include pool toys in the garage.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 80 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
