The first floor hosts two primary suites with private bathrooms, complemented by an additional half-bath. The loft features a pool and games area, while the lower level includes two more bedroom suites, a home theater, and a temperature-controlled indoor pool, typically heated to around 80 degrees.

Tucked away in the countryside, this home offers a perfect rural retreat. Complimentary internet access is provided, but connectivity may not always support remote work or simultaneous streaming. View this as an opportunity to unwind and reconnect with nature.

Please take note that there is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check in for any reservations between 30 days and 6 months, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check in for any reservations over 6 months.
As a reminder, our temperature-controlled indoor pool must stay within a few degrees of 80 degrees to effectively manage humidity.

Ziplines and whitewater rafting, world-class golf and fishing, and 800 miles of hiking trails in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg is one of America’s premier outdoor destinations. Biking, bird watching, and horseback riding are also recommended activities to try while you’re outside in Gatlinburg.
Getting Around:
Access to this home is a slow, gradual rise on curvy, but well paved roads. Please watch for wildlife on your way to our home. We strongly suggest having a 4-wheel drive vehicle when driving in the Smoky Mountains. In inclimate weather and during winter months, we strongly recommend the use of snow or chained tires. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds should vehicles not be able to access the home.
