The Space:

Accommodating up to 12 guests, this retreat features four luxurious king suites, a chef’s kitchen, and a range of entertainment options, including a pool table and home theater. Enjoy stunning views from the expansive deck or unwind in the outdoor hot tub after a day of adventure. Perfect for large groups or families, this property welcomes dogs, making it an ideal choice for your next vacation.



The Langdon House combines sophisticated design with the natural beauty of the Smokies. With expansive windows that fill the home with light, the interior offers a contemporary kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a cozy living room equipped with a Smart TV and a gas fireplace. Two primary suites on the ground floor each feature private bathrooms, complemented by an additional half-bath for convenience. The entertainment continues in the loft with a pool and games area, while the lower level offers two more bedroom suites, a home theater for movie nights, and a temperature-controlled indoor pool, typically heated to around 80 degrees.

Ziplines and whitewater rafting, world-class golf and fishing, and 800 miles of hiking trails in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg is one of America’s premier outdoor destinations. Biking, bird watching, and horseback riding are also recommended activities to try while you’re outside in Gatlinburg.



Getting Around:

Access to this home is a slow, gradual rise on curvy, but well paved roads. Please watch for wildlife on your way to our home. We strongly suggest having a 4-wheel drive vehicle when driving in the Smoky Mountains. In inclimate weather and during winter months, we strongly recommend the use of snow or chained tires. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds should vehicles not be able to access the home.

- We typically do not host local residents and may ask about the purpose of your stay. We reserve the right to decline bookings if necessary.

- There is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check in for any reservations between 30 days and 6 month, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check in for any reservations over 6 months.

- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book with us.

- As is standard with all of our homes, we do request additional guest verification including signing a liability agreement after booking.
