Renovated 5B 4 BA home in private lane steps to the beach, off-street parking

Beachside Bliss is our piece of paradise on Tybee Island. The home, built in the 1940's, was recently renovated to provide the charm of old Tybee with all of the modern conveniences. It is a home to be lived in and enjoyed, a place to gather with family and friends to make memories and create traditions. The home is located on a private lane providing a peaceful atmosphere with off street parking for eight vehicles. Divided into 2 levels both with a kitchen and living area, this home offers plenty of room to spread out and will accomodate a large group. There are 3 BR upstairs with 2 full baths. Large porch and deck area with dining. Downstairs features 2 BR and 2 full baths with outdoor grilling area and laundry. The home is well equipped with all the things you might need including large ice maker and beach chairs, carts, toys and bikes. You are located mid island with an easy walk to shopping, dining and local attractions only 1 1/2 blocks from the Island grocery store.

Girl’s Trip

We celebrated our favorite bride this past weekend and were able to stay at Beachside Bliss. The house was beyond beautiful! Decorated to perfection, had every item you could need and Kim was very helpful and responsive. I am looking forward to coming back and suggest anyone to visit if they get the chance!

This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed! It was big enough for all of us and having the extra living room and kitchen was perfect! And they provided so many of the small extras like beach chairs, buggy, boards, you name it they had it!

A Blissful Vacation

My friends and I recently stayed in Beachside Bliss and it was the best beach house we’ve stayed in!Roughly a 3 minute walk to the beach, incredible amenities (beach toys/coolers/etc.), and a really nice layout with two kitchens that helped us efficiently grill and prepare meals! We will return!

Girlfriend Beach Trip

We so loved the house. There are 13 of us girlfriends that go to the beach every year. The house was PERFECT and everyone just loved it. Close to beach, down town to bars and restaurants. Best rental experience I’ve had!

Kim’s property has everything you need for the perfect trip. The kitchen is stocked with appliances and dish-wear, tons of beach towels, chairs, toys, and wagons, and very intentionally decorated! It was very clean, spacious, and relaxing. All 15 of us were very impressed. Would 100000% book again!

The Perfect Beach House

Beachside Bliss was the perfect beach house for our multi family 4th of July vacation! The house is so well stocked and was beautifully decorated for the holiday. The host thought of everything when stocking the kitchens, bathrooms, and closets. We had anything we needed for cooking meals at the house. There were plenty of blankets, towels, and linens. They even had toiletries, sunscreen, and a first aid kit just in case you forget anything. The ice machine downstairs was so great for packing our beach coolers. There were plenty of beds for our large group to sleep comfortably. The large porch was so beautiful and was our favorite place to hangout. The walk to the beach was easy and we were only a few blocks away from several restaurants, shops, and the pier. We have stayed at Tybee dozens of times before and this was our favorite house by far!

Wonderful and well stocked!

Beautiful home, steps from the beach.

This was the perfect house for our girls trip. The house is newly renovated and is well stocked with everything you could need. The location is perfect, a very short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would book this place again.

Great house, great location

Such a great time

My family of 13 gathered at this location and we loved every moment of our stay. The property was very specious and easily accommodated us all. The hosts made sure that every need was met. I have never experienced such perfectly equipped home. Toys for kids, beach necessities of all kind, kitchen tools- everything I thought of was there…… Thank you for such wonderful experience.

This house was the ideal place for our large group who've been getting together for NY for many years. As our kids have grown, our needs have grown and this was a home run. Great spot!

Our group of 11 friends had an absolutely wonderful stay at Beachside Bliss. The location is top notch - walkable to anything you'd need, most importantly the beach & restaurants/bars. On top of that, this is the most well-stocked rental property I've ever stayed in - from towels to beach chairs, they had it all. Even some snacks in the pantry. Love this spot and we're already thinking about re-booking for next year. Thank you for opening up your wonderful home to our group, Kim!

Property even better than described. Plenty of beds for our party of 13. Close to the beach so we could come and go. Well stocked with all you need for cooking meals. Perfect house for large families

We really enjoyed staying on Tybee Island in this rental. The location was perfect walking distance to the beach and perfect place to stay to get into Savannah a couple of times. The house was large enough for my entire family of 13 with plenty of beds and baths. There were so many amenities including numerous beach chairs, toys, wagon to haul it all to the beach and coolers. The ice maker in the second kitchen was a life saver. Restaurants and the main pier were within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property.

Successful St. Patrick’s Day Bachelorette weekend!

We had a group of 12 stay here for my daughter’s bachelorette trip on St. Patrick’s Day weekend. The place is better than the pictures! Fully stocked and then some. Beds were all comfortable and the house is well insulated so if someone went to sleep early, they could not hear the others in the living room. Plenty of space to gather together as a group but also options for people to go off and have a quiet moment if needed. The deck was a favorite hangout. It is so close to the beach too! This place fit the needs I had perfectly and then some. We had 6 cars and there was parking for everyone. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat!

Tybee Island Vacation- Thanksgiving 2023

Lovely home and great location, perfect for our extended family stay over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Floor plan was perfect for us. Plenty of room. We had a good experience, we were just disappointed that the owner thought that we were the ones that damaged a table on the deck, however we were not responsible for that. It was already taped and reinforced prior to our visit. We used the property respectfully and thought the owners had a great set up for us. I am a realtor and understand how the rental process works. I was sorry we were thought to be the renter that could be pursued for damages. I wasn't sure why before AND after pictures were not taken by the owner. Otherwise, this is a nice vacation option!!!

This house was everything!

In my party it was 5 adults (3 singles, 1 cpl) and 4 kids between ages 3-8. We all had more than enough room. In fact we could've accommodated more guests. This house was not only clean and well maintained but remodeled, housed the latest appliances, had updated fixtures in all 4 bathrooms... the list goes on. The house was more than we expected. To say that the owner had thought of everything, is truly an understatement! The house has plenty of towels, including beach towels. The pantry was fully stocked, including snacks for the kids. And this place contained most everything that you could think of that one might forget to bring to go to the beach: hats, body boards, chairs, tents, umbrellas, bicycles, coolers and even a few wagons to carry it all in! Not to mention that it's only a stone's throw from the warm sand of the beach! And if you just want to relax at the house, the wrap around portch is the spot. We ate breakfaat on the deck and watched the stars shine at night, both from the porch. We were so amazed at this house that we have decided to make this one of our annual vacation spots.
