Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Fully remodeled and ready for guest. Placed inside the city limits of Concord NC. close to the home of Nascar, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Charlotte dirt track, ZMax Dragway. Close to Concord Mills Mall and PNC Music Pavilion. 12 miles to the Carolina Renaissance Festival. 6 miles from Cabarrus Arena and Event Center. From 2-30 miles there over 100 wineries and breweries to visit from this home
We do except dogs for an extra $75. The property is not fully fenced so leashes are recommended and one is provided. The fee will be automatically added when the box is checked under amount of traveler's section. We also have a vehicle on Turo if you are interested let me know.

Great Property!

We loved our stay here. Great location. The cottage is so clean and smells wonderful. Loved all the little touches from the fresh flowers to the snacks and water. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed talking and visiting with Matthew and Donna.

Perfect Cozy Getaway

My husband and I came in town for the Post Malone concert in Charlotte. We wanted a place that was a little out of the city, but close enough to uber/lyft. We got the pleasure of meeting the owners - they are fantastic. The property was impeccable and the attention to detail is next level. We had an incredible experience :D Also the surround sound is a plus!

Concord Cozy Cottage

The Concord Cozy Cottage is one the best properties we have stayed at. Donna really does a fantastic job of making her guests feel welcome. The cottage is super clean with all the convenience's you could want or need. I highly recommend staying here if you're traveling to the area, you won't be disappointed. From the soft towels and modern appliances to all the welcoming touches for the guest it just amazing!

Holidays made easy

Every time I’ve stayed it just gets better and better. I appreciate all the extras that are provided and I was able to keep my Christmas vacation with my grandchildren - baking cookies! The kitchen is fully furnished and the entire property is perfect. Clean, every thing that you would need for a comfortable perfect stay.

Safe Comfortable and Clean

The cottage is well cared for and safely situated with a private backyard entrance. We enjoyed breakfast and relaxing while watching football and sitting outside on the patio. Comfortable furniture and pleasant decor. Flowers and snacks were unexpected thoughtful touches to welcome us!

Great property!! Very clean and well stocked. Little extras that were very much appreciated, such as snacks, coffee, fruit. Felt like a very safe area but very close to a lot of places. We would not hesitate to book this Concord Cottage again if in the area in the future. 5-Stars

Super Clean!!

Wow!! I absolutely can't say enough wonderful things about this home and the owner, Donna. She's so quick to respond and this home is SO VERY CLEAN!!! It smells so clean and fresh and it's absolutely inviting, it's comfortable and has absolutely everything you could need for your stay and so much more!! It's close to Charlotte Motor Speedway and PNC Music Pavilion. We were here for a girls weekend and to see the Zac Brown concert and we were able to get to the venue in less than 20 minutes. We will definitely be reaching out to Donna to stay here again the next time we visit the area. If you're going to be visiting Concord, THIS home IS the place to stay!! Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality, Donna. You're the best!!

We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding. Convenient to get to downtown Concord. House was very clean. We could have gotten by without bringing anything. They provided a thank you bag of goodies, coffee, etc.

This easy to access home was absolutely amazing! The house was very clean and the host went above and beyond to make sure it was a welcoming and wonderful stay. This home was by far the best we have stayed at! It was a very easy drive to Charlotte Motor Speedway. We look forward to staying here again next time we are in town!

Best stay ever

My family and I had a wonderful time in NC. The house was absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. It is more beautiful in person. There were lots of little special touches that we appreciated. We would definitely stay there again.

We have been able to have people to stay to visit family go to the races, Panthers Games, Soccer Games, weddings, Great wolf Lodge, work, relocations and more. We list this home on another platform and have been able to provide a great home for people to stay and have great reviews.
