Gorgeous views & quiet location with 2 BD & 2 BA

This stylish oceanfront condo (Lighthouse Point Beach Club/24B) is located on the quieter northern end of Tybee. The complex offers private access and boardwalk to the beach. It is a second-floor unit which provides perfect views of the ocean, dolphins and cargo ships, going by. Enjoy sitting on the large deck facing the beach with your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
**Note: There is no elevator and it is located on the second floor.
**A few other notes: We provide "start up" supplies such as: a few trash bags, a roll of paper towels, a couple of rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a few dishwasher pods and a few washing machine pods. If you anticipate you might need more of these items, you are encouraged to bring it.
We are located in the hot & humid south, near the water where bugs love to be too! If it's cooler months, they are trying to escape the cold too! Please be aware that you may encounter our local bug-"the palmetto" bug at some point during you stay. This is not a cleanliness issue but an environmental one and something that cannot be helped. The unit is sprayed on a regular, monthly basis.

Heavenly Snowbird break
Our stay on Tybee island at “Almost Heaven” was just that. The unit was comfortable, and clean. The kitchen was well equipped, WiFi was very fast and view from the balcony was lovely. We found ourselves enjoying watching the large container ships and super yachts passing by ( using the Marine Traffic app gave all sorts of interesting information on where the ships were heading etc). We were pleased that the unit was a short drive to Savannah, with tons to do. Our only suggestion is if you like to read in bed bringing an extra reading light would help, the bedside lamps are a bit dim.

We have been managing this property for over a year since the new owners purchased it and renovated it. We are local which is a plus! Should you need anything; we are close by. Our company manages several properties on the island, and I am a licensed Realtor as well.

The condo is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. It includes a well-stocked kitchen, coffee maker that you can brew drip coffee or use a pod. We also included a French press and coffee grinder. Also provided are several beach chairs, beach towels & an umbrella. All sheets and towels are provided as well. There is a stackable washer and dryer & two smart TV's. Basic cable, fast internet and some games are also available.
The complex has 2 large swimming pools (not heated), one is 45 x 25 and one is 50 x 20, a kiddie pool, 2 pickleball/tennis courts and outdoor showers. You are allowed two covered parking spaces below the unit. We are close to several restaurants, shops and the lighthouse.

There is a grilling area next to the two pools. You are close to restaurants and shopping but not in the busy part of the island if you are looking for a more quiet, peaceful area, this is it!
