Summary:
This Villa features a large king bed and four double-sized beds set up as bunks. H6 is tucked away in the quiet back center of Building H, facing a beautiful desert bluff. Adjacent to a small grassy area, this unit is perfect for a family with small children. Come and create new memories and play hard!

The Space:
The Kitchen:
Stocked with major appliances including refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, gas stove, microwave, & dishwasher. Cooking supplies include a toaster, coffee machine, bowls, pots & pans, plus utensils for the grill located out on the patio. Dishwasher soap is included.

The Family Room:
Kick back and relax for a family movie night on the comfortable couches and watch your favorite show on our flat-screen TV. Cable provided. Set up your laptop and use the free WiFi. Flick on a lamp and read a book. Or step outside onto the patio and grill some burgers!

Two Bedrooms:
Master bedroom includes a king-size bed, full closet, nightstands, flatscreen TV, and attached master bathroom.
The second bedroom has two double-sized bunk beds and a flat-screen TV.

Two Full Bathrooms:
Master Bath is accessed through the master bedroom. Master Bath has a walk-in shower and jetted tub. The second bath is located in the hallway and has a shower/tub combo. Amenities include hand and shower soap, shampoo, and conditioner and also include bath towels, face towels/washcloths.

Laundry Closet:
Top loading washer & dryer, ironing board with iron.

Private balcony:
The balcony is furnished with a gas grill, gas fireplace, & a patio set.

This condo easily accommodates 10 people. Central air and heat.

Located within minutes of shopping and dining. This unit is located on the second floor and is a middle unit.

For the comfort of all of our guests, the resort has a ‘No Smoking, No Pet’ policy.

*Access via stairs or by a walkway from the north side of the building.

The Neighborhood:
Come and create new memories and play hard! Hike, Mountain bike, Rock Climb or go Boating! Bring down your UTVs or go Jeeping! Let’s not forget about the dozen golf courses within 10 minutes of the condo. Take lots of pictures in all the parks! Check out Zion or Bryce Canyon National Parks, Snow Canyon, or Sand Hollow. The Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, and Vegas are all fun ideas for a “Same-Day” road trip. Our Family spends a lot of time in St George wandering so feel free to ask about our favorite hikes, ATV rides, and favorite restaurants.

Getting Around:
The unique location keeps you out of the downtown St. George congestion and free to explore Zion National Park, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Pioneer Park, Sand Hollow, and Snow Canyon State Park at your leisure. Just minutes away, you can enjoy the coolness of Quail Creek and Sand Hollow Reservoirs.

Other Things to Note:
Dec 1st through Feb 10th the outdoor pool will not be heated the outdoor hot tub will be heated and the pool will still be maintained.
