The beautifully designed 6 bedrooms (with bonus room), the open living space, and the outdoor pool and hot tub will provide the perfect balance of space and comfort to serve as the backdrop to your Kiawah vacation.

The main floor of the house comfortably provides guests with plenty of space to dine and relax. The great room features 10-foot ceilings and custom built-in shelving. All furniture and décor is designed for maximum relaxation among a calm, neutral and transitional palette. Open to the dining room and kitchen, the great room’s floor-to-ceiling accordion glass doors flood the first floor with loads of natural light and offer easy access to the magnificent outdoor space.

The gourmet kitchen featuring Wolf appliances, spacious countertops, and stocked to the brim with every gadget and gizmo you could want for your use and enjoyment, will provide you every comfort of cooking in your own home and more. Sit down and enjoy a drink while you’re waiting for dinner in a sun-filled bar room that is adjacent to the kitchen, a perfect spot to accommodate any happy hour needs with a fully equipped bar.

The patio will offer you and your guests the ultimate escape. This house is one of the few rental properties on Kiawah Island with both a pool ($150/day to heat, four day min) and hot tub. A large outdoor table will also allow you to choose between indoor and outdoor dining. And, if your preference is to spend your time grilling outside than cooking inside, the owners agree, and have provided a brand new, high end stainless steel Blaze grill for that purpose. They have also included an EV charger in the garage.

The bedrooms in the house will provide your group with maximum comfort, and each bed features a high end luxury mattress, reflecting the owners’ view that one cannot have a high end vacation without a great night’s sleep. The beautiful first floor master suite will leave you breathless. The master bedroom also features a full walk-in closet with custom built-in wardrobes and beautiful windows. The en-suite bath is primed for luxury with a chandelier-lit soaking tub and an oversized marble shower with multiple nozzles and rain heads.

Five other bedrooms throughout the house will provide more than enough sleeping space for your group, a queen sized room on the first floor and the remaining four on the second floor. The upstairs features a second master suite (with king), one additional king, one additional queen, and two twin beds. A bonus room with twin trundles is available for added guests.

No smoking, no pets, and no events are permitted at this home. For your safety, a security monitoring device is located outside the home and the fireplace is not for guest use. Elevator available for guests with mobility needs only, must notify management to use.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward gear rental. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings.

Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.
