We're a group of 3 retirees (one couple, one hanger-on) who came to the Phoenix area principally for MLB's Spring Training. This home was very clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. The furnishings were very nice and more than adequate for our needs. The kitchen was fully stocked with dinnerware/flatware/cooking utensils and the appliances one would expect in a fully functional kitchen. The bedrooms were appointed with comfortable beds, and the master, in particular, was spacious and welcoming. The bathrooms were clean and the water pressure was great. Having a garage available was a nice plus, especially on hot or (the one) rainy day. There was also a golf cart available for use in a community that seems to go nowhere without one (we didn't take advantage of it). The pool was nice, although the water was a bit too chilly for anything except for a quick dip. The property is close to golf and there are a number of restaurants in the area (we found the Stone and Barrel to be particularly nice). And, not least, the host, Michele, was very responsive and cordial. Overall, this was a great property, and I would not hesitate to stay there again, or to recommend it for others.
