This complex does not have elevators. This unit is located on the third floor.

Just across the street from the emerald green waters, this beautiful property has a large outdoor community pool! Gulf Island Condominiums is about nine miles from the Gulf Breeze Zoo and under a mile away from the Navarre Beach Pier! It is a short drive from all of the attractions that Pensacola has to offer.

Excellent location

Stayed 5 days with family of 5. Just was very responsive and had left several small toiletry items that were incredibly helpful. Also loved the beach toys, chairs, and umbrella. The location right across from the beach access and the condo pool made this an easy vacation. Highly recommend!

Relaxing Visit to Navarre Beach

Our first time at Navarre Beach was sweetened by the quality of this condo. I am so impressed by the cleanliness and accommodations afforded to us by Amanda and MJ. Our welcome gift was the nicest! Everything, literally anything and everything, we needed for the week was neatly waitIng for us upon arrival. I will absolutely use this condo on my next visit.

Great for a relaxing trip!

I visited with a friend for an easy beach vacation, this condo was perfect! It was convenient to the beach access and close enough to walk to local restaurants. The unit was updated and very clean. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, including for the beach. Though there were only two of us, the property is set up to accommodate a larger group or a family. The owners were very responsive and friendly, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property!

Great Condo

Excellent condo in a great location to enjoy all that Navarre has to offer. The property was well stocked and very clean. The balcony offered a great view of the sound and is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great beach vacation!!

Gulf Islands 3rd Floor Condo

Amanda and MJ prepared the condo very well for guests! I have stayed in several vacation condos and this condo offered far above the 'basic starter' items usually provided. Thank you very much!I was there for 5 weeks and did have some questions over that time which Amanda replied to in a timely manner. Being across the street from the Gulf was great! Easy peasy access. The only awareness point I will share is there is no elevator in the building. I was fine with it as I added the stairs into my walking routine. :) However, someone with a health issue may find it a concern. This is why I ranked the location as a 4. All other categories received a 5.Amanda and MJ wishing you continued success with this rental condo.

From the location to everything, short walk to the ocean and pier it was perfect. The condo was filled with everything we forgot and super clean and looked newly remodeled. We have nothing negative to say! Excellent! Excellent!

The condo is amazing and the hosts are even better. We noticed the little details that made our stay that much better. The welcome & toiletry baskets, beach chairs, endless hot water, new appliances, and screwless electrical covers just to name a few things. The only "negative" was that the safety board for ths top bunk is not secured. It is flimsy and pops out. Our son opted for the couch. Overall we HIGHLY recommend this rental. It was superb.

The condo itself was very nice.

we were on our way in the car we received a call from the property manager there was construction. For 2 or 3 days we had to go between buildings on a dirt path to reach the back stairs. I think we should have been informed well ahead of time to make other arrangements. Having construction all around was a little unnerving.

Best stay ever!

We stayed at many vacation rentals and this one was the best-it was the cleanest place ever, kitchen was fully stocked, quality silverware, dinnerware etc. Besides we were provided with a basket full of little necessities, we also had enough paper towels and tp to cover our stay-we stayed for a month. Also forgot to mention, towel and bedding were of a high quality. The place itself is a short distance from the beach. All I can say its a great rental and super clean !

The condo was exactly as described and shown in pics. Squeaky clean. Probably most well stocked beach condo we have stayed at (and we’ve been to a lot). Easy to contact host with questions. We had a great trip!

The property was very clean and they provided pretty much anything we would have forgotten from toiletries to umbrellas and chairs. Anytime, I was contact them they would respond right away. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Amanda.. thank you!

Clean and Inviting

This condo is exactly as advertised. The unit itself has a great layout and makes excellent use of the space. It was exactly what we were looking for - someplace clean and inviting. The host/owner made us feel very welcomed with a handwritten note and provided lots of little extras that we were not expecting. The kitchen is well stocked, there were more than enough bath towels, and there are beach towels, chairs, sand toys, etc for guests to borrow as well. The beach access is a short walk away. Overall, a great experience and highly recommend.
