Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
