Guests have full access to the entire home, backyard, and all amenities. The only exception is the basement, which is used for maintenance access.

We are located in the Bates-Hendricks neighborhood, it is an up and coming neighborhood here in Indianapolis. We recommend driving or using rideshare to travel in our neighborhood.

Getting Around:
🚗🚘 recommend driving or using rideshare. Many of Indy’s hottest attractions are a quick drive away including:

5 minutes: Eli Lilly Park, Convention Center, and Lucas Oil Stadium.
10 minutes: Drinks & Dining of Massachusetts Avenue restaurants, Monument Circle, and the Indianapolis Zoo.
