Great family spot

Stayed for a week at La Estancia and absolutely loved it! The entire property was gorgeous and was perfect for us with our daughter and 4 year old granddaughter. The pools and beach were a great combination and kept us entertained for the whole week. Enjoyed the dinner show of the Lion King one night with a yummy seafood buffet. The entire staff were so friendly and efficient and communication with Stuart was easy and accommodating! Would highly recommend this resort and unit! Thank you for a wonderful week and we will be back!

Loved Villa La Estancia. Great location with easy access to the pool and beach.

We traveled with four adults, and the place had ample room. The pool was great, and we walked to Mango Deck and The Office numerous times. It’s also an easy taxi ride to the marina and shopping.

Perfect Balcony, Very Spacious

We stayed here for spring break and had a lovely week. The property is gorgeous and the service impeccable. We loved the balcony - it was truly enormous. The location of the resort was also great - being on a swimmable beach and within walking distance of restaurants, A few things I wish I had known before arrival. We stay at VRBOs a lot and it’s always a little different so hoping this helps the next person! (1) the “market” on-site is so outrageously expensive. Insane prices. I had to buy coffee filters and it was $12. Each individual la croix was approx $4. Someone ahead of us bought a loaf of bread, turkey, and cheese and it was $65. Bring your own coffee filters, sunscreen, laundry detergent, etc. anything you think you’ll need. There is a Wal-Mart nearby but it’s $11 cab each way. And the prices there were also high - not as high as the market. You need to bring your own bags to Wal-Mart! (2) On-site restaurants also VERY pricey. My Mom bought a coffee (before we got filters) and it was $13. For one coffee! The drinks at the pool also pricey 249-289 pesos. (3) busy spring break meant pool chairs were all reserved by 8:30 am. (4) Families with small children should know that there are separate entrances for the master bedroom/living room/kitchen from the other bedroom. You can get back and forth w/o a key through the balcony doors but the other way to access requires a key. So if you have littles that wake up in the night looking for Mom - this set up tough

Beautiful property

Loved this property. Perfect for our family of 4 adults. Beautiful view, comfortable beds and furniture, and great location for a 5 min taxi drive to downtown. Stuart was a great host also. Would have been helpful to get more information upfront about this property like the ‘all inclusive plan’ for $120 per person a day does not include alcohol and you cannot use the pools at the 2 sister resorts. If you want a chair at the pool, you better head down at 730 am (may have just been the week we chose to go, week between Christmas and New Years). We stayed 7 days, Sun-Sun. I didn’t realize our room would be cleaned Wed. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Went to market on resort the day we arrived, which was a mistake. Paid $60 for coffee, coffee creamer, coffee filters, pedialite and an energy drink. All expected at a resort. Overall, we were very happy and enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this property. Resort staff are awesome.

Perfect for our family

This property was the perfect fit for our family of four adults. The two bedrooms are very large and the center living area is also very comfortable. This property has everything a home would offer with the benefits of being at a resort with on property dining and pools. We also enjoyed sitting and swimming on the beach out front. It was a great vacation!

Our Time in Cabo

This property was fantastic with its location in the resort and the view of the water. The photos on the VRBO do not do the property justice. The condo was so nice and comfortable. I have been to other parts of Mexico in the past and I was always concerned about the safety so we were always told to stay on the resorts property. Cabo was so much different. My family never felt unsafe either in town, walking on the beach or at the resort. The food was fantastic at this property and the properties next door. My final thoughts when we got on the plane to go home were that we will be back to Cabo as a regular vacation spot and we will definitely reach out to use this villa again. I usually do not write reviews but I thought we had such a good time, this property deserved my rave review for what its worth.

Very nice unit, actually better in person than in the photos. Resort was very nice as well - market, fitness area, beautiful spa, restaurants and entertainment at the adjacent resorts. Service was wonderful too. Would stay there again.

Great location on swimmable Medano beach. Low key vibe. Lots of hot tubs, great pool, close to town- we had a rental car. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Wonderful resort and room!

We lived our stay. We found our room equipped with everything we needed. Very clean, nice mattresses, extra pillows, spacious balcony and wonderful views! Resort was incredible.

Beautiful property in a great location.

We stayed in this particular property in Villa La Estancia the end of March for spring break with our teenage daughter, college age daughter and her friend. The unit was lovely and gave us plenty of room to spread out with a big common area with a very comfortable living room. The resort is part of the two neighboring resorts with access to all three in some form or another. There is also a market with a deli which is great for everyday needs (Walmart is across the road for the big stock up). The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating - assisting with a car rental and reservations for dinner. We tried the majority of the restaurants among the 3 properties except for Neptune. The wood fired pizza was a great find on the night everyone was tired and wanted to chill. The buffet at Arco was good, but overpriced for what it was. The deli is a great option for a quick breakfast. The security at the property is excellent and we never felt unsafe either while on property or off. Very close to town and all that Cabo has to offer. 25 minute walk down the beach to the Office and Mango Deck. We did agree to do the timeshare presentation which I have never done and will never do again. It is exactly what you expect and I will leave it at that ( I had my own selfish reasons for finally jumping off that bridge). Our only real issue was with the WIFI. We had constant problems that were finally resolved on Day 3 or 4 - not normally a big deal on vacation, but it was necessary on this trip. Overall, everything was great and I would happily come back to this property and this unit again.

Girls Trip

for our annual Cabo trip we stumbled into renting this unit, fantastic in every way. The unit's balcony soaked up the morning sun, beautiful setting for coffee/breakfast. The furnishings seemed new, and we felt at home right away. The condo was perfect for the 5 girls....... Plenty of bathrooms. The property itself is top notch and we hope to visit again next year. Great place to stay!

My husband and I just returned from Cabo San Lucas and stayed at Villa La Estancia in this unit. La Estancia was wonderful and this unit in particular was fantastic! We absolutely loved the hotel and the location couldn't have been better. We traveled to Cabo with another couple and sharing the unit worked out perfectly. Thanks for the hospitality!

We really enjoyed staying...

We really enjoyed staying in #2605 A&B at Villa La Estancia. We enjoyed the terrace (with ceiling fans -- brilliant!), the pool, the beach, the good service and tasty food/drinks poolside, and the proximity to The Office (great fun for dinner and people-watching). Two thumbs up for Villa La Estancia and this unit in particular!
